Pros: location, convenience towards public transport, food access and convenient store fridge and washing machine/dryer access

Cons: wifi not strong in the rooms

Excellent location and stay !

Pros: 1) Good location. 1min to 7/11 stores and many local stores. As well as 2 train stations near by. 2) Full utilities including washer and dryer. Bath towel tooth brush all. 3) Very organised and with a hosue menu stated all user guides to operates eveything in the house. 4) Very responsive customer service from booking.com chats in pre checkin and during stays. Overall very happy and may choose this again on my future visit.

Cons: 1) the wifi seems not stable on my last 2 nights 2) We stay for 5 nights. No one come in to clear the duskbin. Luckily is the bin is big enough. 3) We choose the upstaire unit because we like the layout. The staiecase to go up with the luggage is a bit challenging. But is acceptable as my trip have young man can help.

Family holiday with adult children in a great location.

Pros: The location is in a great positioned between 2 train stations with plenty of eating options within walking distance. There is plenty of room in this apartment for a larger group of people which is located on the 2nd level. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and we would stay here again.

Cons: Bathroom had a smell coming from the drain.

Modernized, older house - close to the busy city life.

Pros: - Friendly and responsive host - Luggage dropoff possible before check-in - Close to train station and Shinjuku - Modern old house

Cons: - The house is poorly insulated against outside temperature and sound. - Relatively small rooms, only 1 toilet.

Pros: I had such a great time staying at this property. It’s cozy and it brings out the authentic Japanese home vibes. The check ins and check outs were fairly easy. The staff were easy to communicate with and they were also very responsive! The location was also ideal especially if you’re looking to stay at an area with many halal options.

Cons: Nothing honestly. It was exceptional :D

Great location and appartement but take the upstairs apartment if you can

Pros: - good beds - located 3min away from the métro station. Very convenient - well equipped (cutlery, pots and pans, etc) - very friendly staff - spacious

Cons: Ground floor appartement: you can hear the upstairs neighbours a lot, especially in the front bedroom located under their kitchen and living area. (Vacuum cleaning and moving furniture at 7AM, walking around until 1AM). You need earplugs in that room. In the front room you hear some noise from the street

Lovely accomodation provided a great start to our Japan holiday

Pros: A beautiful place to stay that exceeded our expectations and enhanced our excitement from the first moment. Great location and facilities, very clean and non-intrusive rules. The beds are good standard and the toilet, showers and other facilities were high quality.

Cons: There wasn't anything to not like, as mentioned.

Agradable alojamiento en Tokio.

Pros: Es amplio, limpio, las camas son cómodas y está muy cerca del metro. Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor.

Cons: Los inquilinos del departamento de arriba hacían mucho ruido por las noches, y como los pisos son de madera, se escuchaban mucho sus pasos. Le escribí al anfitrión, pero no solucionó el problema.
