Great location, everything you need

Pros: Great location between 2 JR lines, 15mins walk to Shinjuku area. Washing machine and laundry powder provided, lockers nearby.

Cons: The couch needs a clean or replaced because the fabric stinks a little when air is damp

i would love to come again!

Pros: the location was AMAZING and the place was super cute

Cons: a little on the small side, its okay with close friends but there is very little storage which was the only problem

Globally went very well, and was as expected

Pros: Very reactive and willing to help when we asked, very easy check in and out, close to two train stations, lot of facilities around

Cons: Air was very humid in the room, and the dehumidifier wasn't very efficient. Unless keeping a window open or the AC running, it was always moist in the room, hot and heavy air. Also we thought we had a drier but it was only a washing machine, and we had to find a coin laundry for drying our clothes. Surprised at first but after the first time it was easy to manage as there are some very close

Pleasantly surprising, great for short stays.

Pros: Location was really great and the shower pressure was good. Self check in and out was very easy and the staff were quite responsive given I was messaging questions at quite a late time. I wouldn’t stay here long term though just because it was quite small but would definitely come back for a quick stop overnight.

Cons: A little cramped but hardly a complaint. I didn’t stay upstairs though I can imagine the stairs being an issue if you had big luggage like I did.

Nice budget stay in Shinjuku area

Pros: Chose the hotel mainly because of the price and area which met our expectations.. Lively area with 2 JR stations in between the hotel which is a 1-2 stops away from the shopping areas of Tokyo.. The room was small as expected but clean and had all the amenities as indicated. Its self check in and was really easy and communication with staff is prompt through the app..I would stay here again for the location and accessibility

Cons: We booked the quadruple room which was really small to navigate for 4 people.. It is also a flight of stairs to get to the room - a bit of a challenge with luggage or an elderly person.. there are rooms on the ground floor though.. maybe more suited to young travellers on a budget.. despite this the location makes it overall a not too bad a choice for Tokyo

Nice cozy apartment

Pros: This place were a very nice place, It was small, but everything fited perfectly, and you could do everything there, laundry, cooking, seemed like a place you could live. But what I most liked were the two chinese employees, they were so careful with us, and anything you asked they would make easier, like how to deal with waste. I cant thank them enough. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Last year I stayed at the other side of Shinjuku, Gyoemmae, in comparison Okubo has less to offer, just pointing that Shinjuku has different spots, but for me, Its still in a great location.

Pros: Amenities, distance to public transport, neat and tidy

Cons: Not necessarily a bad thing, but I didn’t realise it was in shin okubo instead of Shinjuku

Perfect cheap digs in Shinjuku. Noisy but close to everything

Pros: Simple bunks with kitchenette, shower and washer dryer. Small but perfect for a stay in Shinjuku. Clean with everything you need.

Cons: Noisy area. Messy street. Not atypical for the area.

Good for a first time stay in Tokyo!

Pros: It was a very cute apartment in a nice neighborhood. Location was very nice, the beds very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the room (fridge, small kitchen, washing machine, desk, etc. Would stay here again!

Cons: Probably just a bit too small for four people. Would be perfect for up to three people. Also pretty steep stairs to go up and down with heavy luggage.

Pros: The place was comfortable and had a mezzi ine floor a bit other small side for4 people but very comfortable. Good facilities had a washing machine air con and comfortable beds.

Cons: The shower was very tiny but good thst the sink shower and toilet separate so we could all use.
