Pros: very close to ginza line, ueno station and convenient stores. Enough space for sleeping. Washing machine is very practical for family trip. Would love to book again.

Great location and tidy apartment

Pros: The house was in a great location, very close to the train and subway stations as well as the shopping district, park and Zoo. there was ample space and a toilet on each level which was convenient. the beds we comfortable.

Cons: The kitchen and shared space is very cramped and sadly the low table takes up all of the space with limited room to move and nowhere comfortable to relax as a group.

Nice, quiet location good for groups or families.

Pros: The location is great. I liked that it was tucked away from the main street so it was quiet, but it was still verycc bc centrally located and close to food and groceries. There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for my whole family, and the place is very clean. I was originally intimidated by the check in process and door code but it’s easier than it seems. WiFi and amenities were good too.

Cons: Just be aware that the stairs are quite steep though there are railings to help. But depending on your mobility/kids, you should keep this in mind. I also wish there was more of a common living space as we kept our suitcases downstairs so we didn’t have to haul them up. That means we didn’t have room to really sit together and eat. But it’s not a dealbreaker.
