The host was reachable and answers quickly, the place is clean and comfortable for a family of 4
Pros: The host was reachable and was quick to answer my questions. The place was as expected based on the photos in Booking.com. It was clean and complete - towels, slippers, bath soaps, cooking tools. The beds were comfortable, good, proper airconditioning, strong internet. The area was also quiet and safe.
Cons: I felt that the check-out list kept mentioning the possibility of charging me with a fine if I go beyond the check-out time, if I don't wash the plates, if I leave something... I think it was mentioned three times, which a hotel that values customer experience won't do. Check-out time is also quite early, at 10am, and there is no place to leave our luggage after check-out, unlike in hotels where you can leave your bags with the concierge until your flight.

Great modern and high tech house quite close to Ueno park
Pros: awesome little place and some very good design decisions inside - little one loved bunks, and bathtub especially as it was winter
Cons: of course parking would be incredible to have - but indeed this is Tokyo and Ueno, so cannot have everything we want, can we :)

Perfect Tokyo Vacation Home
Pros: Complete 2level/2room house with premium amenities lots of sleeping options and great location. The rooms are spacious ( for japanese proportions) and feature 2 toilets, a bath, a kitchen and a washing machine /dryer. Person less check-in/-out worked great. The surrounding area is quiet (that's positive!)but offers many restaurants, convenient stores and quick connections to major public transport. Kappabashi is super close and Asakusa and Ueno station are just a few minutes on foot. Would rent this house again.
Cons: Japanese style low table and sitting on the tatami might be a little cumbersome (yet authentic) to westerners.

Pros: Two bathrooms and lots of amenities inside. It was nice to wash and dry our clothes. Air conditioning was great.
Cons: Uncomfortable seating and not very clean throughout the place. Needs dusted, and the bathtub room needs a deep clean. Needs better instructions for using all appliances

Pros: love the location, close to a few train st but the best one, is Ueno St and the owner is really helpfull. Beds are more than enough for 5 of us and to have washing machine is the best

很適合家庭長住的地方
Pros: 地點還算不錯，離入谷站走路很近，離上野和鶯谷就有一段距離，但都是走路可到 民宿在住宅區裡面，晚上相當安靜，位置也非常好找 我很喜歡二樓的住宿空間，很寬廣而且舒適，每個床位都有簾子隔開有隱私，而且插座很多 二樓也有附廁所和洗手台，不用再下樓上廁所真的很方便 小廚房有兩個爐子，廚具也還算齊全，可以自炊真的很棒! 冰箱也很大，可以放很多好吃的飲料牛奶超開心~ 洗衣機也是非常貼心的設計，還有附洗衣精，非常友善長住的旅客
Cons: 1.一樓空間其實很小，行李箱根本打不開，餐桌也超小，入住上限建議4個人，不然根本連站的地方都沒有 2.房間的燈光真的很暗，希望可以亮一點.... 3.盤子跟碗有些還有卡食物殘渣，有點噁心，全部都要重新洗 4.碗盤跟廚具是用一個一個盒子裝然後堆疊起來，真的很不方便，一不小心就會全部打翻，而且也很難拿取下層的東西，建議可以做成抽屜式 5.櫥櫃感覺很無用，沒辦法掛衣服，也放不進大行李，很可惜的空間，建議可以做成行李架 6.鞋櫃不明原因已壞掉
