Pros: Brilliant location and wonderful host. Couldn’t ask for more.

Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the stay.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Tokyokoso. The accommodation was exactly as described and well-equipped with the necessary amenities, making our stay comfortable and pleasant.

Cons: As a small suggestion, having kitchen towels available would be helpful for cleaning up after cooking or meals.

Nice property in a good location with 24 hr shop a short walk away for all conveniences

Pros: Great little property near asakusa area. Compact bit tidy

Cons: Murphy beds were firm but ok. Hard to find properties like this with the number of bedrooms at price point.

Very comfortable stay in an accessible area of Tokyo for travellers.

Pros: Great size and features for Tokyo - plenty of living space, washer dryer, kitchen and multiple bedroom options. Location gives walking access to multiple train lines and a bus. Staff were lovely and provided food options as well! Would easily accommodate a family with adult kids as well.

Pros: Amazing place in great location. Close to metro stations and local shops like 7-11. Clean, tidy, equipped with all necessities. Definitely recommend.

It was a Perfect, Authentic Stay :-)

Pros: The house has a common room with a TV and a Nintendo Switch. The beds were very comfortable. It was great that there were two toilets and two sinks. The drying cabinet for the dishes was also practical. We liked the house a lot. And we are sure, if we come back to Tokyo we will rent this house again.

Perfect quiet place to stay in Tokyo

Pros: Peaceful, super clean and comfortable retreat, perfect for us to ease ourselves into Japan. Comms were great and the team very helpful

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at TokyoSo as a family of four. The apartment was clean, charming, and the beds were very comfortable. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from convenience stores and great local restaurants, which made daily life very easy. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor foot bath due to the weather and setup of apparent complexity, it looked like a lovely touch for warmer days. Communication with Anna was smooth—she was responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. At the time of our visit, the in-unit washing machine wasn’t working, but a public laundromat just a 3-minute walk away served as a convenient alternative. Our kid enjoyed the book shelves very much too. In short, TokyoSo is a comfortable and well-located base for exploring Tokyo. We'd happily stay again.

Cons: Improvements could be made in the kitchenware. While it is perfectly understandable to prevent breakage, we thought that nice ceramic bowls and plates would have added a lovely touch. Also I wasn't a huge fan of the smelly items in the bathroom. Maybe a more natural and discreet perfume could have worked better. These are details. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice place for a big group.

Pros: The host was very quick to respond to communication. The accommodation was perfect for our group of 6. Lots of bonus things, manga room, switch console etc, plus we found the washing machine/dryer very handy. Not far to walk to Kurumae station so it easy to get around Tokyo. Also it was a single train line from Narita Airport which made it so much easier with suitcases. A great option for a group that wants a more local experience rather than a hotel in the middle of Shinjuku or Shibuya.

Cons: Unfortunately the foot bath was not working when we stayed so we can't comment on that one.

Enjoyed the Japanese style home with western flare

Pros: Very cute and cozy Japanese home. Exceptionally clean and everything we needed was thought of. Easy walk to the station and convenience stores.
