YADOYA Negishi

Pros: The location was nearby Nippori station (1 km) which can take directly to Narita airport via Skyliner Train. And also near Uguisudani station to take to the city. The bedroom was comfy. Shower on 2nd floor, bathtub on 1st floor. 2 toilets / bidet.

Cons: It was a bit cold on 1st floor because the entrance of the living room directly connected to the outside (street).

Pros: Clean house, quiet neighbourhood, close to grocery stores and train lines, spacious with 2 bathrooms

Cons: Little bit confusing to get into house but quickly sorted

Spacious lovely place to stay with plenty of facilities for group of 5-6

Pros: Very spacious for Tokyo, large entrance/lobby area, close to convenience stores

Cons: Self check-in is a little complicated, have to study instructions and videos before arrival to not feel anxious that something might go wrong and be left on the street- make sure you have good internet connection. For example my phone did not want to load the check in page, luckily we had another phone in our party that worked.

Pros: We were able to relax and rest from the fatigue of our tiring trip thanks to great accommodation. Accommodation was clean, comfortable, and thoughtful. The neighbor's tonkatsu dish was also very good. We will definitely come back next time we come to Tokyo. Thank you!!^^

Great location and comfortable, stylish property.

Pros: This was such a lovely place to stay. It suited us as a larger group (3A, 2C) and had pretty much all we needed. Everything was well laid out and it was so helpful to have access to two bathrooms and toilets. The tatami room was comfortable and had plenty of space for us all. Yadoya also offers free luggage storage, which you need to book, which we took advantage of on our departure from Tokyo as our flight wasn't until late in the evening.

Cons: The drying facilities here weren't quite as good as other properties we used or perhaps we just weren't using them correctly. The washing machine instructions in the manual didn't match the machine we had either, although we muddled through with Google Translate. One minor hiccup, on our final night we had another large party come to the door and try to access the property. It was an accident on their part and we did sort it but they were at the door for a while so we ended up opening the door to see if we could help. It turned out they were looking for another Yadoya property elsewhere in Asakusa.

Great Location and a comfortable stay

Pros: The location was ideal - it was easy to travel by train to all the main sights in Tokyo with just a short walk to the station. There was also a large supermarket very close by. The house was clean and provided everything we needed.

Great location, well laid-out for groups of 4-6 people, would stay here again!

Pros: This place was exactly what you needed for a group of about 4-6 people. The location was ideal, with a 7/11 on the street corner and train station about 10 mins walk away, Ueno park about 20 mins walk away. The layout was excellent. downstairs for living area and kitchen, upstairs for sleeping. The sleeping area was perfect - a room with space for up to 6 futons. The best part was that there were 2 separate showers and 2 separate toilets, so a group of 5 of us could always have 2 people showering and others could still use the toilets.

Cons: The only downside was that we were told that we could check in at 1300 but when we arrived then, they were still cleaning the place and said to come back at 1500. Also, given the compact size of the place, there's not a lot of room to put suitcases - you'll end up having to put some on the ground. But there is still plenty of space to move around.

Pros: a great place to stay in Tokyo. 7 min walk from the train station Uguisidani. shops close by. close to Ueno station and on the green(circle) line. Quiet and safe area.

Pros: 整間屋兩層可使用的空間很大，裝修新又靚。屋內所有設施都很貼心：舉例如上下兩層各有一風筒、他他咪有額外床墊墊底都舒服的、冼衣乾衣機容量大又夠力、有足夠5-6人的餐具，開放廚房方便了我們每天煮早餐。 地點附近行2分鐘便有大型超市Life，每晚零晨12:00收收前都去入貨，新鮮水果乳酪麵包，有時還可以買到特價和牛返民宿煎來當宵夜。臨走前還買了些日本水果帶回家，超方便又舒適。 附近也有不同食店，有24小時Mcdonald ，又有開到零晨1:00的Donki，真係正！

Cons: 粒粒枕頭有D瞓唔慣，但ok嘅。 不過上二樓睡房行樓梯要注意，都算高的，所以脚痛人士不宜睡二樓，但可改睡一樓和室。
