Ishihara House

It was really affordable and accommodated a lot of people.

Pros: We love how there was multiple beds for everyone and the sitting area and how the kitchen was stock with all the necessities needed. The price was also really good. And the bathroom and laundry room was rlly good.

Cons: The place was quite hard to find as it was kind of hidden and the front was rlly dark. There wasn’t enough toilet for everyone. But beside that it was a really good place to stay

We had an amazing family stay in this home.

Pros: Plenty of beds for all our family. Great facilities, and great location.

Pros: The house is pretty spacious for Japan. Mostly clean, very comfortable beds. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. We like the laundry, bathroom, and shower facilities. Hair dryer, slippers, umbrella rack, and even a shoehorn are a very nice touch. Good supply of soaps, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and towels. Good Wi-Fi at about 100Mbps. Air conditioning worked well. Hot water, stove, refrigerator, and microwave worked well. Good recycling and waste disposal facilities. The house manual was OK, but not comprehensive. Overall, it feels safe and comfortable.

Cons: The living room rug, downstairs bedroom rug, and living room couch were stained and dirty. Cleaning fees are high so this shouldn't happen. The house manual didn't mention how to flash the toilet, and this is different and not obvious for foreigners who don't read Japanese.

Easy commute to HND, views of Skytree, lots of Beds.

Pros: Lots of space for a bigger family. We don’t need all the beds but was nice to think that if we came again with the whole family we could stay here. Was an easy bus/train ride to Haneda Airport. Took us an hour in the morning. Combini 6 min walk, full grocery open till midnight 3 min walk. Dominoes 3 min walk. E-bike rental right outside the door.

Cons: It was difficult to find the entrance to the house. This was mostly because of my error in not submitting my documents and reading the detailed instructions beforehand. I cannot stress enough for you to do this! Especially if you will be looking around at night or in the cold! The hosts were very helpful and kind by phone. Spoke English and Japanese.

Pros: Nice and quiet location, not far from busy spots and subway, nice rooms, kitchen worked well, living room small but cozy

Cons: I had problem with beds we all start iching and bed sheets and sofa was not so cleaned other wise it was ok

Pros: Very accessible. 7-10 minute walk from Ryogoku Sta. House was very clean. Amenities provided. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended. 15-20min walk to Asakusa.

Pros: レスポンスが早く安心して宿泊することが出来ました。お部屋も清潔で、快適に過ごさせていただきました。 駅からも程よい距離で閑静な住宅街に位置しているため、落ち着いた環境というのもグッドだと思います。

個人的にはいい意味で当たり物件

Pros: 一番は値段。清潔さも申し分なし。設備が揃っていたところもGOOD。親戚家族との旅行でしたので、子供達も大喜びでした。

Cons: 駅からの少し遠いこと。致し方ないことだがこれが一番きつかった。あとは湯沸かしポットが壊れていたことと、洗濯機の使い勝手が悪かったこと。もっとシンプルで良い。それ以外は問題なし。
