Pros: Spacious. Washing machine good. Air Con. Next to station. Plenty of rooms and rooms spread out. Rooftop balcony.

Cons: Steep stairs. Some found property hard to find first time.

Pros: Lots of rooms to spread our family of 4 across 2 levels. 2 toilets one on each level. Clean. Lots of instructions lovely quiet neighbourhood. Great rooftop terrace. Close to station and shops.

Cons: Bit far from the main parts of Tokyo but nice and quiet because of this.

Pros: Great house with everything you need, laundry and cooking included. Nice rooftop terrace to chillout in the evenings with view to parts of the Skytree. Yan was a great and friendly host who provided us with all the nececarry information and questions we had. Location wise only a short walk to Yotsugi-Station with easy access to the rest of Tokyo. Very quiet and and nice neighborhood with a few good restaurants, shops and a public bathhouse in walking distance.

It's an amazing experience to stay in Japanese traditional style house with complete facilities.

Pros: The location is near to train station, the house facilities are great, Yan is an amazing host, very thoughtful to provide us with ice cream and cool drink upon our arrival on hot summer day!!

Peaceful,spacious,and convenient place

Pros: Our hosts were very helpful with check in and flexibility. The house was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We liked restaurants in the neighborhood, especially the Nepalese curry restaurant near the station. We had accumulated a lot of souvenirs and luggage for our return home, and the proximity to the station which serves easily to the city and the Narita airport line was so great. We are looking forward to a future stay at the Stay Dream Hotel.

Pros: Дом расположен в очень тихом жилом районе Токио, до метро идти 5 минут, сразу на выходе из него есть круглосуточный магазин. В доме есть как привычные комнаты с обычными кроватями, так и аутентичные японские с татами и футонами. Есть все удобства, в т.ч. стиральная машина, гигиенические наборы так же предоставляются. Почти все места, где можно удариться лбом, заботливо заклеены чем-то мягким. Хозяин (или его асисстент, это мы не знаем), всегда готов ответить на любые вопросы в чате. Полностью автономные заезд и выезд. До аэропорта Ханеда рано утром можно доехать на такси за 30 минут.

Very nice and clean traditional house

Pros: Transitional Japanese house, very clean and well maintained, everything worked as expected. The owner’s response is fast so this was very helpful. We stayed only one night but would have stayed longer.

Cons: Entering the place at night is a bit difficult there was no light at the entrance, so we had to use our phone lights to get the keys and open the door. Also I wish there was a clothing dryer in the unit so I don’t need to go outside and dry clothes, but I understand that there are space constraints.

Pros: The house has a nice kitchen with 2 gas stoves, which was great for cooking. A large fridge with ice in the bottom freezer section. You get a real feel and experience of a local Japanese neighborhood and how the locals live.

Cons: There are narrow steep stairs going up to the 2nd level and rooftop. It’s a bit challenging to carry our heavy suitcases up the narrow staircase to the 2nd floor rooms.

We had a wonderful stay and even considered living in the neighborhood if we moved to Tokyo from Kyushu.

Pros: Great location, friendly neighbors, clear instructions posted everywhere, roomy shower, excellent laundry supplies.

Cons: The futon were too hard. It would be helpful on the steep, narrow stairs if there was a handrail on both sides.
