Pros: The property is conveniently located halfway between Akihabara and Ueno, making it easy to explore both areas. The apartment is beautiful and decorated in traditional Japanese style. Sleeping on futons was a lovely and authentic experience, and we really enjoyed it.

Cons: The apartment was quite cold despite the heating, likely due to the window insulation, so this is something to keep in mind during the winter months. Additionally, I did not appreciate the tone of some of the notices inside the apartment. The use of underlining and exclamation marks felt unnecessarily alarming and created a sense of fear for guests regarding the rules.

Great!

Pros: Great location, clean and warm in the middle of winter. Plenty big enough for the 3 of us, not that we were in our room much! Would happily return.

Cons: Some narrow/steep stairs and no elevator, so may not be appropriate for less active guests.

Pros: Easy check in, fantastic staff , clean, well labelled, excellent price and location. The washing machine was great.

Cons: Floors were advertised as tatami however it is just some sort of sticker over wood making it very hard to sleep on. The bathroom was tiny.

Pros: Spacious clean place with 2 futon beds and a sleeping sofa. The madrass was too hard for me, so I changed to the sleeping sofa, which was easy as we were 2 traveling. Just a 8-10 minutes walk to the train station and Akihabara and Ueno. Good place, calm and not too far away from experiencing Tokyo by foot and public transport. Great with the washing and drying machine as this is an absolute necessity when traveling Japan in summer. Nice contact and prompt feedback from the host.

Cons: Only note for other travellers: there are steep stairs, a bit narrow to the 4.th floor, which could be challenging with heavier luggage. All in all though its just for arrival and leaving and absolutely manageable.

Japanese-style and great value for money.

Pros: The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to both Akihabara and Ueno. The room is very clean and gives a warm, home-like feeling. The host is very friendly and responds quickly to messages. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo. Highly recommended!

Pros: 地點非常好👍 走路10分鐘以內的地方都非常熱鬧，離地鐵也好近！ 房間空間非常大可以敞開29吋行李箱二個沒問題，房內也可以開火，也有提供洗衣機跟微波爐，冰箱也是大台的很棒😊

Cons: 枕頭太扁頭部完全無法支撐，睡在硬木板上而床墊太薄導致蠻不舒適👀 （不會影響我回住的意願，只是提供給老闆參考參考👍）

Lovely stay in Akihabara

Pros: Great apartment that has a washer/dryer combo. Bathroom is on the smaller side but still very functional easy to use facilities. The apartment is on the top floor with steep stairs, which we were aware of - just keep that in mind when booking this place if that is an issue for you. Otherwise, it is a lovely apartment. The host was very easy to get a hold of during our stay. And the apartment is very central in the Akihabara area.

Cons: If there are step-by-step instructions on how to use the washer/dryer combo as part of the welcome/rules package, that would be helpful, as well as signage about needing to bring your own laundry detergent.
