Japan House Shirokane

Pros: It was very well equipped and had everything we needed, including a steam iron, washing machine, dryer, underfloor heating, air conditioning, and more. The bed was comfortable. The location is fine and generally convenient, but one important thing to note is that it is not directly connected to the rest of Tokyo by subway. The main transportation option is the bus, so guests should take that into account when planning their daily trips. Overall, a great place to stay if you are comfortable using buses for transportation.

Cons: On the negative side, communication with the staff was sometimes difficult due to limited English, which led to one misunderstanding. During our stay, the internet was not working, and after two days someone was sent to bring a new router. However, because of the poor communication, this was not clearly explained to us in advance. We were suddenly surprised by knocking on the door and calling out, which was unexpected, especially since there is no reception or on-site staff. Fortunately, everything was resolved in the end, but better communication and prior notice would have been greatly appreciated. Additionally, the apartment was not as clean as we had expected. Everything had weird smell and we couldn't really air it out because out apartment was on the ground floor with windows right next to the road.

Pros: Very well located. Cozy. Comfortable bed. Swift communication with the owner.

Cons: Quite noisy as it is on a busy corner

Pros: Comodo, seguro y tranquilo. Todo funcionó a la perfección. Si bien fuimos por un par de noches, no tuvimos ningun inconveniente durante nuestra estadia.

Pros: L’appartement était propre et le lit très confortable, c’est aussi un bon emplacement très tranquille et plus éloigné du brouhaha de la ville.

Pros: Está algo apartado de las zonas turísticas, sin embargo la zona era muy tranquila y estaba bien comunicado con el metro, por lo que la ubicación no fue un problema. El apartamento es pequeño, pero suficiente para pasar unos días. Está bien equipado. Estaba limpio y la estancia fue cómoda.

Pros: Mi è piaciuta la posizione centrale, la pulizia e la semplicità della procedura di checkin.

Cons: Appartamento minuto.

Pros: Fácil acceso a áreas de interés lugar seguro y tranquilo las paradas de autobús hacía shibuya y shinjuku están solo a un par de calles

Confort et calme

Pros: Très calme, plein d'appareil pratiques pour y faire à manger ou une lessive. 10/15 minute du métro/bus et des Konbini a proximité. Proche du centre ville et facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport Haneda. Personnel disponible facilement par chat
