Nice hotel

Pros: The location is great,very close to the YAMANOTE line, which is very convenient. There are many restaurants inside the station in front of the hotel. The breakfast is amazing too.

Cons: There's no gym & lobby.

Excellent value

Pros: Great experience at this hotel for the price! The rooms are small, but that is to be expected. The breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious and vegetarian-friendly. Plenty of amenities if you've forgotten anything. Easy luggage storage on your last day and express check-out could not have been simpler

Cons: A little further out from main Tokyo attractions, but easy transportation

The location is so convenient to go around town. As they claim, everything you need is there.

Pros: These helpfull staff always answered my questions, ig about washing machines ,spa, checking out and leaving luggage,nearby-shopping places.

Cons: Somehow, the air inside the hotel room was extremely dry and electric static was so powerful,my hair stick to my face and fine dust stick to my clothes every day there.

Comfortable and convenient with Hot Spring

Pros: Facility is new and clean. Good location to 2 mins walk to subway station which is only 1/2 hr to Haneda. it also comes with public Hot bath on 21st floor with tiny observatory.

Cons: The bed was some how a bit uncomfortable. I requested them to keep our big luggage for a few days for our short trip as we are coming back to stay but was not possible due to limited storage issues. So it was unusual as it is a norm in many hotels that they keep for you.
