Pros: Very nice place. Easy to find. Really easy to reach other nice place in Tokyo. For 5 adults and 1 kid it was really enough to spent few days in Tokyo. Owner is really easy to reach out, answer really fast and very kind.

Stay was nice, will book again whenever we had the chance!

Pros: The place is clean, very convenient. 10minutes away from JR sugamo station and sugamo Mita line Tokyo Metro. You have everything you need. A washer, heater fully working ACs. You have your living room for the stuff and a separate room for sleeping. The bed was nice the pillows are nice. It was definitely a good stay! There is also lawson a minute walk from the property and a 711 after a 5mins walk. We were a group of 5 but the space was fitting. Overall stay was nice, fun and relaxing

Cons: 3rd floor without a lift. Had to lift 7 full luggages from the 3rd floor down and vice versa.
