Good, clean, comfortable, and friendly staff

Pros: Clean, tidy and good facilities. Staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable.

Cons: Sadly, we had some noisy neighbors. After they left everything was great.

Pros: 房间现代且整洁，厕所和浴室是分开，空间足够宽敞，所在区域很安静，让人住得舒适。需要的东西都齐全，很方便。距离车站步行几分钟路程、出行方便。总体上性价比不错。

Cons: 唯一有点小遗憾的是房间是位于二楼的，它是没有电梯的，行李是要自己搬上去的，不过房东已经事先告知，所以并没有感到特别的不便

Great little place in quiet part of town

Pros: We really loved this place. It was small and quaint, but warm and welcoming. It was a great place to come back to for rest. The neighborhood is quiet but still there are so many interesting places to walk to and see. We were actually quite sad to leave. It had the amenities we needed but still gave a feel like you were living in Japan, not just visiting. Not far from a rail line. You do need to take a rail to any of the larger tourist areas but not that long and Google maps made it a breeze. Beds were a little firm but surprisingly not uncomfortable. We slept very well each night. Would recommend staying here for anyone and we would love to stay again.

Cons: Not really a downside, but the walls are shoji style. While not true paper, they are still relatively thin and noises can be heard pretty easily. Luckily, the other group staying in a different portion of the house were very considerate. Something to consider if that's a deal breaker for you or if you have small children that can be noisy. The bathrooms and shower room are reserved for the room but across the hallway. Didn't cause us issues but they are not attached. These details didn't detract from our enjoyment at all.

Estancia tranquila y cómoda

Pros: Habitación amplia, cómoda, limpia; el baño y regadera limpios, me encantó lo recomiendo.

Cons: La ubicación un poco lejos de la zona turística, hay que caminar a la estación de metro más cercana entre 15 a 20min y para el street car se camina 5min. Pero si necesitas una estancia tranquila en los suburbios está es tu opción

a bargain

Pros: we were lucky that no one booked it the time we did so we had essentially the whole house to ourselves. great beds and space and you have private bathrooms and shower rooms dedicated just for you during your stay but its outside your room. location in a residential neighborhood, like 6 mins walk from koshinzuka tram station. would recommend

Cons: just be careful on the stairs because my partner slipped on the last day. not the owners fault, but just be cautious!

非常值得，感觉很好

Pros: 性价比超高，清洁干净又卫生，距离车站也很近，而且地方位于居住小区，相当安静，房东回应也很及时，能随时联系，非常好的一次住宿体验，下次还会再来

Cons: 对我个人而言这次住宿很满意
