Pros: This is a traditional residential area. Staying here allowed me to experience the local way of life, and we really didn't want to leave. The room was spacious, spanning the entire floor, and everything was very clean. The surroundings were quiet, and there was already a hint of spring outside the window. The guest room was on the third floor. I knew beforehand that there was no elevator, but fortunately, the guest room door was on the second floor, so I left my heavy suitcase in the second-floor hallway.

Definitely worth staying at!

Pros: The place is in a quiet neighborhood and offers great value for money. The room is really clean and tidy, and the bathroom and shower are spotless — it’s super comfortable. There are several subway lines nearby, so getting around is easy, and it’s also really close to the shopping street. Definitely worth staying at!

Pros: 自助check-in很方便，附近有購物街，超市、咖啡店都有。都電荒川線庚申塚站步行3分鐘，可以搭車到附近大塚站轉乘JR線，都營三田線步行約7分鐘左右。

Great place for a relaxed holiday stay

Pros: The location was great. It takes about 8mins to reach train station from this place. Convenient store is nearby for basic food stuff which is open till late evening. House is in a quite neighbourhood & beds are really comfortable. Room is quite spacious. Kitchen is a shared facility with others. Host was very kind to provide step by step direction guide to reach the place with pictures as a reference. This was really helpful to find the place when we arrived in Tokyo at night. Host was more than obliged to our request for an extension chord which was supplied promptly next day. Even, spare umbrella's have been placed in the house for residents use. Overall it is great place to stay and value for the money.

Cons: We were in the top floor and walking up & down through narrow stair case was bit challenging. The main gate was slightly causing trouble to open smoothly. However, having been experienced lot of positive aspects, this gets negated.

Pros: 这个民宿性价比很高，房间是新装修的，干净整洁，而且位置位于居住小区，比较安静，距离车站也是很近，出行很方便，房东人很好，回应很及时，能随时联系。

とてもいい思い出、また利用したい!

Pros: 駅から近く、交通の便がよかったです。周りの民泊と比べてコスパがめっちゃいい。見た目は古風な日本の家という感じですが、リノベしたらしく水回りが新しかったです。シーツの匂いや湿気も気にならずむしろホテル並みに快適。トイレとシャワーが心配でしたが各階にあったので、衛生的にもいいかなと。また、近くに来る際はぜひ利用したい!!
