A quiet stay and worth the cost for a quiet location away from Tokyo.
Pros: The staff were attentive and responsive when the battery for the lock was low. I enjoyed the home, and there was everything we needed to minimize our costs, including kitchen and cookware. The location was a short walk from the train station, but because we had two children, we also opted for an Uber to the station, which was reasonably priced.
Cons: Some of the decorations were not kid friendly and had to be moved, but that was a very minor detail

Pros: I loved the Van location - out of the busy-ness of central Tokyo and in a normal suburban neighbourhood. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable.
Cons: A little more cutlery and instructions on how to operate the hot water dispenser would be helpful, but everything else was fabulous.

Pros: Huge apartment, 2 nice traditional rooms, other rooms more western style. Good location, not center Tokyo, but calm and good connections. Great value for the price.
Cons: Wifi didn't work, but owner apologized, there was a problem, not his fault.

Pros: Stayed one whole month at the property (ground floor). Very nice experience. The house is very comfortable and convenient with supermarkets and convenience stores around. Walk distance to the train station easy to access to the city. The owner is super nice always super quick to reply your messages! Awesome!

Convenient for long stay accommodation
Pros: Facility with washing machine and kitchen utensils. Even the host provides nail clippers, scissors, and needle for sewing. There is plenty of drying rack and new kimono if you want. But we don't wear it. It is also only 6 minutes walking to Kita Akabane station and 21 minutes walking to a bigger station (Akabane St). There are 3 minutes walking to Seven Eleven. You can find Big Supermarket, McDonald, and restaurants next to Kita Akabane station.

Pros: Very clean house which every detail is supplied to the customer. You can reach downtown with just one train but you have to walk 10-15 mins to the station which is ok, but you need a cab if you have a lot of baggage to go there from the station. Good value for the price. Nice neighborhood.

Fantastic huge 3 bedroom apartment just on the edge of central Tokyo
Pros: Huge well appointed 3 bedroom apartment. It was good having the desk and chair in the other room so I could do a bit of work, without bothering my wife. There is a 7/11 practically next door, and it’s super easy to get to both Kita-Akabane and Akabane stations, which have very good connections to all the main stops around Tokyo. It’s a nice peaceful suburb too. It’s a passcode on the front door to get into the property, so super easy contactless checkin. Our flight got in late, so arrived at the apartment at 11pm, but we’d communicated that to the owner ahead of time so it was all fine.
Cons: It was a little bit dusty, so could be cleaned a little better, but that’s the only minor complaint I can think of.

Pros: 직원응대가 빠르다 숙소가 상당히 넓다 다다미방이 참 좋았다 세븐일레븐까지 1분도 안걸린다 도어락이 튼튼하다 숙소에 왠만한건 다있다 기타아카바네 역도 근처에 있고 역 근처에 마트도 3개나 있다 지하철타기도 편하다 동네 조용하고 좋다
Cons: 기타아카바네역이 가깝기 때문에 가까운거리도 환승을 해야하는점이 조금 아쉽다
