Clean and confortable in a compact space

Pros: It was in a good location. Helpful that they store luggage before and after checkout. The cafe breakfast was nice. Very clean.

Cons: The rooms are very compact. They do have a jug and the ability to make I stand coffee.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Staff were great. Location to train and restaurants was excellent. Bathroom and toilet were excellent.

Great location, excellent staff, good restaurant.

Pros: The staff at the hotel were so accommodating when we needed to unexpectedly extend our stay. Exceptional service, good breakfast restaurant, great location only two stops from Tokyo station. Very safe and quiet neighbourhood.

Cons: No denying- the standard rooms are TINY by western standards, so make sure you book one of the rooms with two beds if you want to be able to move around easily!

It was comfortable, convenient and affordable.

Pros: It's a great chain to stay in - comfortable and convenient. The location was great, easy to get to the metro or walk around and sightsee. The room was compact but comfortable, had many amenities like a hairdryer and a dedicated outlet suitable for European plugs.

The usual easy and comfortable experience from an APA hotel

Pros: One of the more expensive stays on my trip, but at under £50 a night for somewhere pretty central in Tokyo, really not bad value at all. I've stayed in APA hotels previously so knew what I was getting - enough space to sleep and relax with a decent shower room, and only a short walk from stations, restaurants, and stuff to do. Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable. As I don't mind a bit of a walk, the location was ideal for me too - Akihabara is 20 minutes away (under a mile) so while you can get the metro there, there's not much need. Kanda and Nihombashi aren't much further. If you've driven to the area, the hotel is only a short walk away from a convenient large underground car park (search Central Kuei Hamacho Koen Chika Parking Lot).

Cons: Unlike previous APA hotels I've stayed in, there were no coin laundry machines in this one. However, there's a coin laundry place (Guruguru, ぐるぐるランドリ) just around the corner, only a few minutes' walk away.

I had a very pleasant stay, and the bed was really comfortable.

Pros: The breakfast is pretty good. However, if the meals have more choice, it would be better for those who stay the hotel for more five days.

Cons: During my stay, I noticed that the carpet could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly when the room is serviced. It would make the stay even more comfortable for guests.
