Quiet and comfortable
Pros: Tetsuro was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with all the things we needed for a pleasant stay. There were additional helpful things like a microwave and washing machine downstairs for our use as well as bottled water. It was only a short walk to convenience stores and Senso-ji temple. A little far from train stations but we enjoyed the walk through the city as there were so many beautiful streets. We had a great stay.

Had everything we needed, would stay again.
Pros: Fantastic location for a family of 4. It was small but we made the space work. We also arrived very late, almost midnight, but Tetsuro still greeted us and settled us in. It was clean and quiet.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Within walking distance to Asakusa’s main attractions. The station is a bit of a walk, but the bus routes are very convenient. Free laundry and dryer. Free water and instant coffee. The owner is always available and goes out of his way to accommodate every request. The room is spacious—ridiculously spacious!
Cons: There’s no elevator (though the owner kindly carried my luggage up to the 5th floor). It would be nice to have a small shelf or even a simple storage box in the room. As it is, I had to keep everything either on the table or in my suitcase on the floor. A small shelf by the bedside would be useful for things like a phone or water, and since there’s a kitchen, it could also hold some snacks.

Pack Light - Stairs Ahead!
Pros: I really appreciated the direct communication with the owner. He was very kind, helpful, and kept his word, which made the stay feel more personal and welcoming. The location is also excellent - close to key attractions, public transport, and convenient for getting around the city.
Cons: Unfortunately, our room was located on the 5th floor, and we had three large, heavy suitcases. This made getting to the room quite difficult, especially since there was no elevator. Fortunately, the owner was kind enough to help us carry the luggage upstairs, which we really appreciated.

Really nice and enjoyable hotel, with excellent location!
Pros: The property is located near sensoji temple but still further in the residential area so it was very peaceful! There was two convenience store nearby and there were many different supermarkets, malls, and even vegetable stores nearby! Owner was really friendly and fluent in english!
Cons: There was no elevators so you have to climb up to your room. But with luggages, the owner is very helpful and will help you with it! It is a very small issue and honestly was good exercise!
