Pros: Location is good as there are transportation nearby. Cleanliness is good and the staffs are very friendly.

Amazing accomodation with great access to nearby stations or convenient stores making the stay easy.

Pros: It was an amazing first experience for Japan and loved how nice the location is with such friendly staff.

Cons: I would have liked a second pillow but they might have offered if I asked which I didn’t but that was my choice.

Pros: The spacious room was well equipped with a washer and kitchenette. Very lovely staff!

Cons: Distance from the stations.

Pros: Great location close to public transport. Quiet. Washing machine and dryer in the bathroom are awesome.

Pros: We liked that the room was quite spacious, and the beds were comfortable to sleep on. The facilities all felt very new and worked well. There were also free coffee and tea sachets available. The staff were extremely nice and helped to hold our baggage on the day of our checkout.

Cons: While a washing machine was provided in the room, there was only an air dryer in the shower but not a dryer machine. As such, those with larger loads of laundry may have to find alternatives to dry their clothes quicker. Thankfully, there was a nearby laundromat.

Excellent place to stay. Would visit again!

Pros: The staff were excellent, the 2 rooms w 3 beds were fantastic for our group of parents and kids in their 20’s. The kitchenette, dining area, drying room/shower and having a washing machine meant our 3 day stay was so easy. They are close to Iriya metro and other train stops and also within easy walking distance to Asakusa temples. A “Life” supermarket within a km had a great selection of Asian and western foods. Everyone is so helpful. Would stay again. They held our bags too on the final day before our train left. We also need to find out where to buy the complimentary pjs provided for your stay!

Pros: It was clean and had plenty of amenities. Everything worked. It was in a good location. Quiet.

Cons: Beds are very firm. But after a day of walking around tokyo your mattress preference doesn't seem to matter.

A lovely stay and great value for money.

Pros: The rooms were a great size and having a washing machine and drying room was a godsend. The managers were all very helpful and even agreed to post something to us in Australia that we accidentally left behind.

Cons: The only thing that was a bit inconvenient is that it is a little bit far away from the station. It is easy enough to get a taxi at the end of the day if you are too tired to walk back from the station.

WORTH PRICE, A COZY AND GOOD PLACE TO ENJOY TOKYO. WILL COME BACK NEXT TIME.

Pros: Staff are really so nice friendly and supportive. One of the rare hotels that staff can speak English well.

Cons: The AC just got a little bit noise.
