Best Western Hotel Fino Tokyo Akihabara

Pros: Lovely location and not far from the station and shops. Not far from city but out enough it wasnt busy/crowded. Easily able to drop off bags early before check in and they even brought them to the room.

Cons: Nothing.

Great COSPA and a great location

Pros: The COSPA was excellent. Staff was mostly helpful and friendly, front staff at check in needs more training though. It was fairly quiet and it happened that I slept without earplugs and disruptions from adjacent rooms.

Cons: Check in could have been better, staff needs more training.

Pros: Friendly staff. Good location. Clean room. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Bathroom is a bit cramped. Small room size with bed against the wall.

Pros: Great customer service. We needed an extra duvet, laundry and help with luggage forwarding, and everything got sorted out nicely. Room was quite spacious for Tokyo and clean and comfortable. No noise from neighbouring rooms or outside (we did stay in the top floor, which probably helped).

Cons: Location, even though we knew where hotel was before booking, was annoyingly right in the middle of several different stations and travel options. You can get anywhere, but there's always a walk. If you're fine with that, disregard this negative point. The breakfast area was very small and had a school cafeteria feel to it.

Pros: Clean and comfortable for a few nights. Seamless check in and appreciated our bags being taken to our room.

Pros: This place was really clean, relatively modern, and had thoughtful amenities. In particular, the bathroom was appeared brand new, had a section of anti-fog on their mirror, and came with fresh towels and slippers daily. The place also offered all required toiletries (plus extras like facial beauty oil and cleanser), free coffee (and iced options), a water station, and a drink vending machine in the lobby. It also appeared that reception could organise luggage transfers if required, which I did not use because I wasn’t sure how it would work when I was planning my trip. However, if this is something you’re considered, I would highly recommend enquiring with their team. For the location and price, the size of the room we stayed in was also decent. We could open up two large suitcases on the floor, which is more than a few places we’ve stayed in the past.

Cons: Maybe a little cramped in hallways or elevator but that was very minor in comparisons to the whole experience.

Pros: Great stay at Best Western Hotel Fino Akihabara. Excellent location close to transport and the lively Akihabara area. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a stay in Tokyo.

Great location, everything you need, good restos and shopping nearby.

Pros: Convenient location, small but cosy room, perfect for one person.
