Comfortable and great value for money

Pros: Well thought out guest amenities. Great location. Easy check in.

Found what I am looking for in Tokyo..

Pros: The carbonic water bath. I can't believe that I could find one in Tokyo. I went all the way to Hakone and Atami to enjoy onsen in our accommodation, but Super Hotel has similar too. Love it so much.

Cons: Leaving so soon.

Pros: All processes worked smoothly. The welcome bar is a nice, small bonus. Different pillows to choose from (if you're quick enough).

Cons: The room is very tiny, even if it's mainly just for sleeping. Very little space for luggage.

Comfortable and good stay experience.

Pros: It is located in quiet area. Staffs are nice and always polite and smiling.

Cons: Location is bit far from metro system, 10 mins on foot.

Absolutely recommended for business or vacation. I will probably stay at this hotel again.

Pros: Location is fantastic. The rooms are clean and soundproof. Breakfast is a big plus, both Japanese and European style. There is a public bath on the second floor. My boyfriend said that was also good. If you use the laundry, be careful with the dryer. It was a bit too powerful in standard mode. 😀 Staff is very helpful and smiling.

Cons: There is only one elevator so sometimes you have to wait or take the external stairs (nice view from the 13th floor!). The receptionist asked my boyfriend if she could take a picture of my passport. I understand the good intentions and I understand that it’s easier to speak with a Japanese native, but still… the passport is mine, she should have asked me!

Pros: The spa was amazing. They gave a lot of free amenities, including a full skincare set. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. And the location was top tier

Cons: The only negative thing I would say was the room space. We were three (I was in the bunk bed, which was fine, but I did not have a plug nearby) and with one bag and one piece of luggage per person, it was pretty crowded

Pros: Loved the bath/onsen, the pyjamas, the location, the staff, the price.

Cons: Breakfast was good but after 9 am the selection was a bit sad. So don’t sleep in 😊

Pros: The staff were super friendly and I didn't know when booking, but there is a shared onsen bath (divided by men and women by specific times throughout the day) which was nice to use to relax. Breakfast was good and had a decent selection. The free drinks at the bar are a nice gesture. At specific times there is alcohol available such as Suntory whisky etc. Overall pleased with the stay.

Cons: I was on the 14th floor and there is only one elevator while the stairs are only available from 7am to 10am so sometimes it took a while to get anywhere. The bed was okay in terms of. Comfort, but one side was quite caved in already. Also the pillow was hard. They have a selection of pillows in the lobby to take, but even softer ones just didn't work.

Pros: The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. The metro station is nearby, as are the other main stations (Ueno, etc.). The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed it every day. The staff were very friendly, and I received a very warm welcome when I checked in.

Pros: The reception staff in the evening welcomed us very well, very kind and attentive. Thank you very much.
