THE TOURIST HOTEL & Cafe AKIHABARA

One of the best hotels in Tokyo! Amazing staff and interior of the hotel.

Pros: This hotel never fails to amaze us. In fact, this is the second time that we stayed here and has already booked our 3rd stay once we get back to Tokyo from our out of town trip. The room is spotless clean and spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. The staff are really accommodating and nice. The place has 24/7 free black coffee that you can ask every time! I have a Portuguese group of friends that stays here at the same time and even them, they were amazed by the interior and service of the hotel. Plus bonus is that they kept the luggage safe for us up until our next check in date. That is just way beyond hospitality for us. We truly appreciate it. 10000000000/10!!!

Pros: Loved that there is lounge downstairs and staff was always helpful in making coffee. Connecting room was wonderful with my parents

Pros: I love the shutters, air con and the bathroom and the lovely view from the window, I also love how helpful the staff were when ever I needed help with anything, the location is also very close to everything you would want to be close to

Cons: I didnt like how stiff the beds were, it left my back in a lot of pain

Great location with comfortable bed

Pros: Excellent location in a quiet area just a few streets away from station. Plenty of restaurants in local area or short walk to Akihabara station and surrounds. Room was quite spacious than usual Japan hotels. Usual amenities available from reception, bed was comfortable and plenty of light in the room from large window. One particular aspect I enjoyed is that each hallway outside of room was sort of connected to outside also so the fresh air was fantastic. Cafe with breakfast available either western or Japanese. I would highly encourage you to try the Japanese breakfast as that was amazing and so delicious. I enjoyed staying here and highly recommend. I would definitely stay again.

Pros: Well located in the city center with out crowded area but also easy to reach train station by walk around 5 mins. Free Flow of coffee 24 hr

Pros: Good location and the family room was a good size for Japan. The rooms were clean and it was easy to send our luggage ahead which was waiting for us on arrival. My husband loved the free coffee.

Pros: Great room very spacious and had luggage storage space in the room. Was also able to forward luggage to the hotel. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Convenient walk to the train station as well as convenient stores.

Pros: Great location with a family mart and 7/11 less than a 100m walk. Close enough to the station, and the rooms were perfect. There is a little fridge in the rooms which is super handy.

Cons: I just didnt like how the hair dryer was not very strong, so I was unable to fully dry my hair in a timely manner.
