Compact, efficient hotel very close to train station

Pros: Very good breakfast, consistent range and wide variety each day though the format remains same. Very efficient delivery; with self help modalities and automated preparation including the miso soup. Allows for personal choices Really like the organic vegetables

Cons: The unfriendly, unhelpful conduct of a staff though most staff were professional, friendly and eager to help This particular staff seems unhappy, displays passive aggressive behaviour and insisted on not understanding even when messages were translated via Google translate(which other staff has no issues with). She looks most senior amongst the staff and in addition to saying No English; she also likes saying Nai Nai(which I take to mean No No). There seems to be a disdain and dislike towards non Japanese guests. Most unfortunate Certainly I made sure I conducted myself well; no risk nor reason to be faulted I greatly enjoyed ny 1week stay at this hotel except for this dismal and discrimative behaviour from this staff. It the first time ever that I experience such behaviour in all my years of travelling
