This was a most enjoyable return trip by us to the hotel.

Pros: Excellent location close to JR Kinshicho Station; good shopping/restaraunts close by; helpful, very friendly staff; rooms very clean

Cons: The basic room is very compact but comfortable; more western options for breakfast would be appreciated.

Great hotel, small room but good for 4 nights

Pros: Nice location - walking distance to the Kinshicho station. Great staff - super friendly and well informed, and they have a translation service at the desk. Good breakfast options - Mostly Japanese breakfast with some continental options. Overall a big selection. Very clean, regular changes of sheets & towels.

Cons: The room was very small, for 2 adults and a baby. We had 2 suitcases, 2 backpacks and a travel stroller, we struggled to manage all of this in the room at a time. Saying this, it seems most Tokyo rooms are small, adn we spend most of our time outside the room exploring the city. The area becomes a bit of a party area after dark, but we didn't hear any noise in our room.

You should absolutely stay.

Pros: The staff were amazing and polite. The rooms were cleaned daily and were very kind. The location is 15 minutes away from Akihabara and 5 minutes walk away from shopping centre's and a cinema (including the walk to the station).

Cons: I only had Breakfast for 1 day as i was planning to eat breakfast in different places each day. I would give it a 7/10 because i'm allergic to fish and i can't only eat a handful of stuff on there. The stuff i did eat was good.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly, everything was clean and great amenities ( even hair tools and chargers). Subway Station is very close and you can get to the main attractions and the more central areas quite easily.

Cons: Room was very small but I was aware of that when booking the place so it was expected. I wish the aircon would have had English language instructions as the options in the system were displayed only in Japanese. But overall everything was great and I would stay here again.

Small but great quality. Designed with user needs in mind

Pros: Room very clean and new. Staffs are all super nice and helpful. Also wanted to note that there are constantly 2+ staffs at the counter, so that whenever you need help you never really needed to wait. Also multiple outlets in the room is a lifesaver for people who need to charge multiple devices over the night.

Cons: The room (especially the bathroom) is a bit small. However, it does have everything you need for your stay.
