Pros: The location, just couple of minutes away from the station and the famous sensoji temple. The bed was comfie and the staff was nice and helpful.

Very helpful staff to try and accommodate us

Pros: The stuff was helpful to re-allocate us to a different room, since the first one was cold due to an issue with the window.

Cons: The first room was uncomfortable due to the bed being next to the window and getting cold air coming in

Pros: Staff and location were fantastic can easily walk to all local attractions and train staion close for access to rest of Tokyo. Convinence stores very close and microwaves onsite along with vending machines. Onsite coffee shop and plenty of ammeneties in lobby.

Cons: Large family room was a good size but was a bit musty and damp smelling

Overall great stay for those that are out and about all day. Quiet and peaceful location that is not far from the city.

Pros: Great location, near restaurants, shops, convenience stores and train stations. Has on site laundry machines and rooms are cleaned every 3 days with new sheets and towels replaced. Easy check out and very accomodating staff.

Cons: An extra pillow would be great for comfort when sleeping.

Pros: Great location next to metro, one stop away from Asakusa area. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy checkin and friendly staff

Cons: Room very small, which is expected but def smallest room out of all the hotels I stayed at, especially bathroom sink could barely fit.
