Great stay

Pros: Walking distance to Kanda station (about 5 minutes) which is near to Akihabara and Tokyo station. Plenty of food options nearby the accomodation. Friendly staff who can converse in English fluently. Nice touch with the free drinks, coffee/tea and takoyaki at the lobby area at specific times.

Good

Pros: The room was compact but it was a really good use of space, we were impressed. It had everything you could possibly need with even a pull out desk. There was a stool, fridge, drawers under the bed. Came with tv too. The window could also be completely shut so the room was totally dark. There’s free takoyaki in the lobby! Really enjoyed it.

Cons: It was pretty expensive over the weekend but it’s Normal for Tokyo. Probably could throw in free breakfast given the price

By far my best stay in many trips to Tokyo.

Pros: It was super near to Kanda Station and location was easy to get other places around Tokyo. It was just off the main road that made it nice for a short stay not noisy or crowded. Staff were polite and always walking guests out on their way out. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Staff were all very friendly and helpful, Rea on the front desk especially. Location was good for convinience to Tokyo Station and therefore to the airport. Room was a very good size for Tokyo standards. Free drink service (tea/coffee 24/7 and selected alcohol 17.00-18.30)

Cons: Some noise of passing trains so not great if a light sleeper

Pros: Great location only a few min walk to a few different stations. Modern clean facilities and attentive helpful staff

Cons: AC unit and water pump for bathroom was a bit noisey at times.

Great location, hospitable staff, great value for money

Pros: Great location and very hospitable staff. The rooms are large enough to stay for a few days and even have a fold out table. Everything is very clean. There is free coffee available and laundry machines (slot coin, ca 2 hrs) which is very convenient! Kanda is on the eastern side of Tokyo so it’s great to explore that area; since the station is so close, it’s not too far until Shinjuku etc either.

Pros: We would like to give a compliment to the hotel staff, Rea. She remembered that we stayed in the hotel 2 yrs ago. Amazing memory ! She is very warm and polite. She helped us call for a taxi in the early morning when we checked out with many luggages to the airport. Thank you for the warm service!

Pros: In a fairly good location to get to the train station and has a 711 just around the corner. Rooms were slightly bigger than the average tokyo hotel which was nice.

The best.

Pros: This is my second review for this hotel and my opinion is still the same: the nicest. You read everywhere on the internet that Japanese people are kind all throughout Japan. It was true in our experience, but the people at SUI KANDA by ABEST are just one step forward. It was, during our entire holiday, the only place where we were able to have proper chats apart from the very basic needs you might have while accommodating. I wish we could have stayed a little longer to connect some more with this fantastic staff. As for the rest: comfortable, quiet, perfectly clean and in a very convenient area in Tokyo.
