Pros: One of the best hotels we stayed in Tokyo. The front desk agents were so nice and very helpful with checking in and luggage delivery. Housekeeping did such a great job at cleaning our room during our stay. We booked a corner room with 2 twins bed. The room was spacious and well appointed. The coffee bar in our room..A dream!!! Breakfast buffet was delicious and the service staff were very professional and so kind. They seem to truly care Onsen facilities were amazing! Great way to end your day. Amazing location, right beside a metro station on the ginza line. Would book again and again. It was our dream hotel!! Thank you for everything ❤️

Cons: Nothing it was perfect!!

Very good hotel!

Pros: The breakfast was very good, a lot of different options and daily/seasonal changes. The staff was also very nice and helpful! We will come back for sure!!

Cons: There sadly weren't any informations before hand on how expensive the laundry or the massages were. We were only informed of the prices at the time of use. There sadly wasn't a microwave available for use.

Pros: Very clean, staff very friendly and came with a Japanese communal bath which was a great value add!

Cons: Room was a bit small but to be expected of a central Tokyo hotel room

best best best

Pros: Very traditional Breakfast, Great location. In the niddel of CBD in Nihombashi while still close to a night liafe area around Kanda.

Cons: One of the skinny with an eye glassesmale staff on the 19 JAN evening around 18.00 seem to be frustrated and not ready to give us a service. We just arrived from the airport and on process of checking in. We ask him for making sure our invoice will be correctly as I had mentioned earlier in the email. He seem to be very frustrated until the point I have to asked him \

My experience with Mitsui garden hotels is that they are good but not excellent.

Pros: Location is excellent and some of the staff were very helpful and polite

Cons: You have to pay just to check in an hour early. I’ve never knows a hotel charge for this when the room is actually ready and not being used. I don’t think this is very good customer care. Some staff are very friendly and some a little cold and less gracious. The decor is a little outdated, particularly the carpets.

I spent five nights there and would stay here again. Very friendly staff.

Pros: Very good Hotel for business trips as well as for a leisure trip to Tokyo. Ginza Line and JR station very close to the hotel. A lot of restaurants with a wide range of different tastes in the neighbourhood. The Hotel has an onsen which helped relaxing after a long flight or days of walking around Tokyo.

Cons: In Nihonbashi are a lot of office buildings and people are rather working here than living. So to do sightseeing it’s not an ideal place. The room seems smaller than it is, because of the dark furniture and walls. Bathroom concept a bit Strange, but however everything is very clean and cosy.

Excellent location

Pros: Great location, central but not busy. Train station under the hotel. Hundreds of restaurants close by, 15 min walk to main shopping area.

Very nice hotel, good value and great location

Pros: Property is in great location, close to Tokyo station and other major subway lines, rooms are clean, breakfast was enjoyable and stay was pleasant with nice views from the 14th floor

Cons: The straw pillow … if I never see one again I will be happy

Pros: Although the room was small it had all the amenities you’d need: iron/ iron board, powerful hairdryer, refrigerator, power adaptor and phone charger, mini-fridge, etc. The neighborhood has the Coredo halls with lots of offer in terms of food and stores, also several small convenience shops nearby.

Cons: The room space is a bit tight/small, it’s ok for one person but might get uncomfortable for two. Also be aware that the breakfast is mainly Japanese style.
