Pros: Friendly staff at front desk and room service. Late night welcome with a coffee and hot chocolate machine tutorial was exactly what I needed.

Friendly staff and nice room!

Pros: The rooms has a washing machine and it has a low temperature dryer!! Best thing to have! The staff were also extremely helpful and professional!

Cons: There are not many convenient stores not eateries around. The balcony is the room is quite a waste of space.

Great location, close to translations, very friendly staff, small but clean and comfy!

Pros: We arrived at two o'clock at night and the night portier who didn't speak any English was sooooo nice and friendly and helpful - using a translating app. The room is tiny, but very clean and well equipped, there was even a washing machine! Bed is not very large, but comfy. Heating worked fine and of course the heated toilet seat was an absolute highlight for first-traveller to Japan :-) Would go there again if we came back to Tokyo. Just a 20 minutes walk to the central train station and very close to other metro stations.

Cons: Nothing.

A little expensive, would consider staying again

Pros: The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and spoke english well enough. The washer and dryer in the room was silent. The kitchen was equipped with cups and mugs and cutlery and plates.

Cons: It was a little far from the train station, about a 10min walk. I booked this place with the understanding that it was right outside the station. However, the walk was not that bad and the travel to the airport was okay, took about an hour to get to the airport.

Pros: Good location. Washing machine and washing detergent came in handy. Room is small (as expected in this city) but functional. Bathroom is good size.

Pros: Walking distance to the places we cared about most, having your own washer and dryer is also a huge help and the twin residential is a very large room for Tokyo. Also close to a place that sells just burgers, which were some of the best burgers we ever had
