Pros: Good location for team labs and Disney. Great breakfast. Very large Onsen.

Cons: Randomly closed restaurant one night of our stay without any explanation given even after we asked.

Pros: We’ve stayed here 3 times now. Love it. Beautiful facilities and good access central Tokyo and Disneyland. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the rooms are incredibly clean and relatively spacious for Japan.

Best first hotel to have come to for Japan trip!

Pros: Very aesthetic and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful at any given time. 24/7 family mart attached to the hotel was an amazing brilliant touch. Breakfast buffet was delicious too

Perfect hotel to explore beyond Tokyo city!

Pros: Great hotel within close proximity to Shiomi train station. Room size was huge compared to other hotels in Tokyo.

Cons: Not much. Maybe just the size of products for the room.

Pros: Staff very accommodating and helpful even when we had to change our booking and they accept3d to store some of our luggage almost 6 days ahead of our arrival , the lobby was very spacious and had nice seating areas , room was very spacious for what is typically found in tokyo and very clean

Cons: Location was far from major areas and while the metro was less then a 5min walk it still requires you to change the train at least a couple of times including changing stations to get to popular areas like shibuya or Asakusa, and while there was a convenient store attached to the hotel there weren't any good coffee shops or resturants close buy

Very comfortable

Pros: Great room, very comfortable and good size, and had everything you needed i.e. coffee machine , tv with easy to cast from phone for English streaming. Good to have 7/11 attached to the hotel so could get drinks/food rather than using hotel restaurant as the hotel
