Pros: The subway was just steps away from the hotel which made it super convenient. The staff were so friendly and helpful!

Cons: The room was too small to open suitcases but it wasn't a big deal.

Pros: Plenty of room. 2 adults and 2 kids. The room had 3 double beds and a made up couch. There was a small table and some space to move in the room. Right next to the train station with many convenience stores and cafes nearby. Italian restaurant in the basement was quite good for a cheap family meal

Pros: 1. Nice amenities and facilities. My friends love your hair amenities especially! :) 2. Great locationㅡnear metro station, convenience stores, restaurants, and bank. It was not too quiet since there were many people walking around all day. We really like it. 3. A male senior staff helped us a lot with first welcome and storing luggages. We really appreciated it.

Cons: 1. I suppose the room should be more spacious for 3-4 guests. We couldn't spread our luggages together in the same time due to limited area. 2. We weren't expert about your check-in process as well as you are. We might be confused sometimes. So, it would be better if the girl with dyed hair on night shift made nicer expression and way of speaking. Thank you.

Great hotel and great location

Great hotel at a convenient location.

Pros: The staff are all very helpful and our room is cleaned everyday.

Cons: The washer/dryer combo doesn’t fully dry the clothes even when used for extended periods.

For me it was fabulous, but the location's value is dependent on exactly what you intend doing.

Pros: Everything was to a very high standard for the price in Tokyo. Despite a high ratio of machines to staff, those staff were very helpful. One in particular took me out into the street and either pointed out various retailers or took me to them. Inevitably that takes you to slightly obscure places and interaction with the local community, for instance at the amazing bakers nearby but sufficiently far off the main wrote that visitors wouldn't notice. unless told or led.

Cons: Any deficit is mostly to do with language skills - but that is a constant throughout Japan. Again everywhere, but this hotel is no exception. It is not even understood how much machines fail as a substitute for people. You cannot discuss a complex itinerary with a machine. You can buy a ticket fine. That said one member of staff was able to discuss high-level intinerarising and very happy to do so.

Best value. Enjoyed the stay. Definitely come back.

Pros: Nice location. 2nd time here & it’s just near everything. The station is just around the corner which can take you anywhere.

Cons: Nothing really. The online check-in was a bit tricky I’d prefer a person over a machine. There were people at the desk so help was available. The rooms were a little small for a couple.

Pros: Location is very convenient, literally just next to train station. Staff was very kind and eager to help. They even helped us book a taxi to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They provide a bunch of amenities at the front desk. They have self check in and check out machines.

Cons: While it is near a train station, the general locality is comparatively far from tourist attractions. Rooms were small compared to our hotels in kyoto and osaka but I think thats fair considering the population density in tokyo. It was a struggle to unpack and pack our suitcases however, even though we had only two small sized suitcases. We had to play tetris with suitcases and jump over each other to get from one side of the room to another.
