Great ambience and love the great customer service and friendly staffs

Pros: The design and interior of the room. There js bathtub. Love it! There breakfast included.

Cons: Unable to provide late check out.

It is an wonderful stay and would like to stay again.

Pros: The breakfast provided had both Japanese and continental options. The staff are very courteous and helpful even though we didn't understand a word of Japanese language.

If the room didn’t smelt of moisture then would be like a 5 star hotel, we loved staying there

Pros: Well presented and well maintained, comfortable beds which is great as many other hotels in Japan have very hard beds, friendly staff (except one older gentleman but I think it’s because he couldn’t understand English) the rest of staff were super friendly and polite, the food at restaurant and breakfast was very nice, overall enjoyed our stay and will re-visit one day. Highly recommend

Great hotel for our needs, bar closed abit too early

Pros: We had a stay at the beginning of Japan trip and we went off travelling around the island for a few days prior to joining a cruise. The hotel kept our bags safe and they were waiting in our room when we got back. The bar/restaurant was inviting and welcome after a long few days, only down side was bar closed at 9 so a bit early if you wanted a social debrief with friends. We were able walk with our wheelie cases to the cruse terminal in about 15 mins.

Close to the port

Pros: A comfortable hotel very close to the port where we were going to take a cruise. The room was very comfortable, with typical Japanese comfort details. The breakfast was delicious and varied.

Cons: All good, I have no negative comments about the hotel

Nice comfy stay

Pros: Some staff can speak English so that was helpful. Its Location is Exceptional and classy. The room amenities are good and comfy. You will have to pay extra fees for parking, but it's convenient.

Cons: The room was so clean and tidy but a little bit narrow, but that doesn't affect my stay.

Pros: Quiet room easy reach for where I needed to go . Quick automatic check out

Cons: The lights in the room were quite dull so it was difficult to read and write. The internet in the room was good but there was no internet available in the lobby or restaurant
