Wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Pros: Not too far from the train station. There are lots of restaurants near the hotel and a mall. Easy check in/check out. Spacious room and comfy bed.

Cons: I hope there were 2 pillows for each person.

Pros: Location was in a mall. Facilities were clean and they had a taxi calling service in the venue

Cons: It was very Do-it-yourself which is both good and bad depending on the situation

Pros: I had the opportunity to stay for 6 nights. Everything was wonderful. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel is also great. There is a supermarket and a shopping mall near the hotel. If I come to Tokyo again, I will definitely choose this place again. Thank you for everything.

Pros: Rooms are of good size and train station is at a walking distance. Also very near to Tokyo Bigsight

Pros: Hotel booked last minute after we were stranded at Haneda Airport. We arrived at the hotel quite late with children and the reception staff worked quickly to check us in and get us to our rooms as fast as possible. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good with many different options to suit all tastes.

Cons: There was a beeping sound every five minutes or so that was annoying and disturbed our sleep slightly. We could not figure out what was causing it.
