Nice modern hotel but can be noisy and poor washing facilities if u need them.

Pros: The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful! It's a nice modern hotel. The location was ok.

Cons: I got an expressway facing room so it was very noisy if i shut the window tight. But it gets stuffy and warm if i do so. This is something unexpected of a mitsui garden hotel though. I know the ueno branch faces the expressway too but the room was well ventilated so i didn't have to try to open the window. There are ONLY 2 washers in the entire hotel and the guests have to queue for it like for a new year fukubukuro! And they weren't well maintained with some grime and lotsa lint... so im not sure if the clothes are cleanly washed... This is a big minus point..

Excellent spot to stay in Tokyo, a short walk from Tokyo station

Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent. It was in a quieter part of Tokyo which was lovely to get away from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day, whilst still being within walking distance of metro stations and the Imperial Palace. Whilst the room was very small (typical of Tokyo hotels), it was warm, comfortable and of high quality. The bathroom was excellent being clean, modern and of good quality. Staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, and able to answer any questions we had. Good English spoken.

Cons: Everything was excellent. The only comment would be to have bigger coffee cups for breakfast!!!

Comfortable hotel, unique location and can’t go wrong with the Mitsui brand.

Pros: Location was just only slightly further off from the main areas but very accessible nonetheless.

Cons: The basic rooms aren’t that spacious but you also get that quite a lot when in Tokyo. Reasonable enough though slightly cramped in.

Great location!

Pros: A great location, central to subway and train stations. It was a quiet area, with good sized rooms and excellent staff. As mentioned in other reviews it is in a business area however is a short subway trip to central Tokyo.

Pros: Beautifully presented hotel in an excellent location, very close to Tokyo Station. Good sized rooms, tastefully decorated and extremely clean and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer!
