Very good value for the money that you are paying.

Pros: Location was good, decent breakfast included in the price. Staff were very helpful - helped me store my luggage for a few hours after I checked out as my flight was not until slightly later into the afternoon.

Cons: Probably the only negative was that the inside of the room was slightly dated.

Very clean, reasonably priced, great location

Pros: Location- easy walk to Tokyo station, close to 7 eleven and lots of restaurants cafes for dinner. Little self serve coffee shop across the road. Very friendly staff, excellent service. We used as a one night stop over post flight prior to catching bullet train to Nagano.

Cons: Unfortunately beds were too firm for us.

Pros: The hotel is in a great location for Kanda, Nihombashi, Akihabara, Marunouchi and Ginza. The price is very reasonable for what you get. Staff were very helpful and efficient. The breakfast is simple but great

Tokyo Inn was great accommodation that was handy to train stations and close to the Imperial Gardens

Pros: The breakfast was great - Japanese style. The additional options such as nightwear, cosmetics and coffee in the foyer were appreciated.

Pros: Very friendly front desk and staff; simple but very filling breakfast; room very comfortable for one person; hotel was walking distance across a number of stations/train lines

Pros: Great location: close to the Kanda JR station. Extremly good location.

Cons: Very very poor breakfast. If I compare this hotel to a similar one we had stayed previously, this breakfast is disasterous.

Great stay!

Pros: Excellent value for money. The room was clean and functional. The staff was very friendly, helpful and in general they spoke good English. In case their English wasn't good enough they would find ways to communicate. The location was excellent, at walking distance from Tokyo Train Station and metro lines. Totally recommended!

Pros: it is cozy and clean. the staff Mr Kimu has been very helpful to check me in and to help me with yamato to airport. breakfast is onigri but there are a lot of varieties, bread rolls, and 2 hot soups

Pros: Incredible value for money! free airport shuttle at regular intervals free comprehensive breakfast! free quality skincare sachets green tea and matcha plus kettle and fridge in the room. Room is huge (after staying in tiny Tokyo apartments). Comfy beds. Staff really lovely and helpful! Great location for the airport. Lawsons in the lobby! bonus
