Perfect for remote workers

Pros: It was the perfect place to a remote worker as me. They have a dedicated co-working quite equipped, silent, 2 small booths and several places to seat. The sleeping area was amazing, with the individual beds, quite comfortable and private. Perfect clean toilets and showers in the same floor. Staff is super friendly and helped with everything I needed. A small but nice communal area as well. The guests were mostly young and cool people. I’d certainly stay there again!

Cons: Breakfast could be extended until a bit later, 9.30 was too early. Check out at 10am also is way too early (specially that checkin is quite late), that seems to be a Japanese standard but I’ve stayed in other places in Japan that checkin was 3pm and checkout was at least 12am.

Easy, stress free accom in Shibuya

Pros: Stayed here multiple times. Great location and facilities. Great for short stays. It’s a short walk from Shibuya Station, many shops, Family Mart over the road. Very clean and good selection of toiletries available if needed. The shared areas are great and a kitchen is available to use.

Cons: Storage space can be tight with multiple bags etc but the rooms are designed to make the most of the space with the pull out platform under the bed and there are storage lockers available.

Good place but nosiy at night

Pros: Great location in the heart of shibuya. Comfy beds in small capsules. Always clean and Tidy bathrooms / common areas.

Cons: It was always noisy. The capsule hotel is mainly filled with Western tourists flying in and out of Tokyo. The rules of No noise / no phone calls and no talking on the bedroom floors were not kept and I was regularly woken by other guests. After staying in many capsule hotels in Tokyo and other places in Japan this was the noisiest. Western tourists aren’t accustomed to the unwritten rules of Japan. I’m from the UK so I’m including myself in this. It needs to be made clearer that silence is expected on bedroom floors at check in.

Pros: Honestly, everything was perfect. They also gave me a gift card for a drink or a snack for my birthday — so cute!

Cons: The only thing I personally didn’t like was the cold water in the bathroom sink on the 6th floor (the mixed floor, if I remember correctly), but it sure wakes you up!

Nice, simple and well located.

Pros: The Millennials Shibuya is very well located and close enough to Shibuya station to walk and right on the doorsteps of restaurants and shops. Staff are very friendly and the property itself is simple and practical.

Cons: I would only suggest a few more breakfast options but this is a very minor critique and would not put me off staying again.

Pros: Reception open till late with very friendly staff!

the most perfect capsule hotel :)

Pros: amazing. the most comfiest capsule that I’ve stayed at! the capsules themselves were so spacey and electronic beds were so fun. all the facilities were super clean and nice. and the location was unbeatable!

Cons: no negatives for this one :)

Brilliant stay for birthday

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed and tons of space. Very clean overall brilliant stay

Cons: Nothing I didn't like maybe just if the security box in the pods was bigger as limited lockers on 3rd floor but still options there which was great

Perfect stay for solo travelling

Pros: The pod is awesome and very spacious! It is perfect for how ever many nights you are staying in Toyko! Everyone is really friendly and it is about a 10 min walk to the underground.

Amazing hostel

Pros: Super clean, quiet, and really comfy beds. Love the smart capsule storage for luggage and personal stuff. All the amenities and toiletries are provided like a hotel. Such an amazing hostel, and the location is perfect!
