Pros: One of the best stays I’ve had in Tokyo. The location is perfect — quiet, stylish, and surrounded by a beautiful neighborhood that feels both local and modern. The team’s hospitality was outstanding; everyone was incredibly welcoming and genuinely helpful, especially with planning parts of my trip inside Japan. My room was amazing. The design, atmosphere, and little details created this chilled, home-like vibe that made it easy to relax after long days. Even though I stayed only one night, it left a strong impression, and I’m already planning to come back for a longer stay. Highly recommended

Amazing- best hotel in Tokyo
Pros: Fantastic location. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. It was my birthday trip and they made me feel very special for it. Beds were super comfy. The turn-down service included fresh flowers and sleep oil. We stayed for two nights (wish we had booked earlier so more of our trip could be there).

Beautiful property, elegant suite that needs airing, delightful staff, overall ok but probably not worth $2k/night.
Pros: Location, bar and restaurant facilities onsite, amazing friendly staff
Cons: The room smelt a little musty, could do with airing but no way to open any windows. Also the bed was tiny compared to the living space - more like a queen size mattress. Also 9 weddings on each of the Saturday and Sunday we were there meant a constantly packed lobby/bar area for the entire day/evening

Pros: Elegant, refined design with a strong sense of style and atmosphere Cosy, impeccably clean room Exceptionally comfortable bed – hard to leave in the morning! Professional, friendly, and attentive staff Delicious dinner at Trunk Kitchen Excellent fruit, yogurt and granola breakfast option – light and well-balanced
Cons: Breakfast plates are too heavy and overloaded — the salmon option also included bacon, sausages, lard, and vegetables, making it an odd and excessive mix Several weddings were held during my stay, making the hotel noisy and crowded - The bar was practically inaccessible - The usual calm and intimate atmosphere was missing
