Pros: Facility is good, hotel very new and provide different types of tea bag in hotel’s lobby, masks and cream are welcome to use, filter coffee is good.

Cons: I booked 2 rooms, one room for 3 peoples, another room for 2 peoples, the front desk mixed up and gave me wrong room card.

Love this area & this hotel !

Pros: The location of the hotel is near perfect. It is 5min walking distance from Kinshicho station. Nearby the hotel, there are plenty of eatery shops/restaurants, convenient stores, grocer & shopping malls. The hotel room is also considered as spacious. We a family of four feels the room size is just right & comfortable for us. Highly recommended for family stay, as it is not situated at those busy & packed areas e.g. Shibuya, Shinjuku, Tokyo Central, etc., yet it has all the necessities that we need.

Cons: There is definitely room for improvement for the variety of the breakfast they provided.

Recommended to stay.

Pros: The location is very close to airport shuttle stops , station and disney pickup busstop. The hotel had many eateries family mart and 7/11 nearby too. The room was spacious and restroom very clean.

Cons: Breakfast could include some more western options too. But otherwise no complaints.

Pros: the staffs are very accommodating and polite even they are not into English language. Our rooms are tidy and they change towels daily. Location is superb near from restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores and train station..
