Pros: This hotel is just walable 5 min distance to Metro Station which is very convenient.

Pros: Close to station and booking.com free airport transfer, daily breakfast

The location near the train station is the biggest selling point.

Pros: Best location to go to Tokyo or Chiba. Narita or Hanaeda. Dining and entertainment options were plenty. They did supply Japanese tea and it tastes good

Cons: Signs for the entrance. It's on the second floor. Still have old fashioned keys for the doors

Pros: Great location. 3 convience stores, tons of mom and pop shops, and a 3 minute walk to the train station.

Cons: the smell of smoke. smoking is permitted in the rooms.

GREAT AFFORDABLE HOTEL IN A BUSTLING AREA

Pros: Big room at a great price in a bustling neighborhood. For the people who think the hotel is too old or the rooms are too small: pay more money and stay in another hotel. Don’t be misers and cheapskates. I find it funny that S-E Asians complain the most while AT THE SAME TIME always looking to pay the least.

Great stay. Hotel is dated but excellent value.

Pros: Clean and comfortable and good value. Close to station.

Lovely spacious rooms in a hotel with easy access to Tokyo’s trains.

Pros: A lovely big room by Tōkyō standards. It even had a massage chair which was fabulous.

Cons: The bed was a futon so it was firmer than we would have liked.

Pros: Very close to nishi kasai station. Very clean and very polite staff.

Excellent location, near the subway and dining opportunities like 7/11 McD, a good supermarket

Pros: The room size was good. Everything was as expected in the hotel, the staff and the amenities were excellent.

Cons: There was a smell of moist and mold in the room.
