Our family had a great stay in your hotel!

Pros: The location is great with all the nearby eateries and convenient stores. The train station is also very straight forward direction and not far away (5 mins walk) which not too difficult even with your luggage. Room is clean, reasonably spacious enough for our family (2 adults, 2 kids), but limited space for you to open bigger size luggage. You got everything that you need in the room! Lastly, all the staffs are very nice & very helpful! I would like to try Mimaru Hotel in other different places in the future!

Cons: Nothing specific that we didn't really like about. Keep up the good work!

I just wish we stayed longer. Definitely coming back.

Pros: Our room was clean, the perfect size for a family of 4 and roomier than most around Tokyo. Walking distance to the train station, 7 Eleven across the street, pharmacy and Lawsons around the corner. Staff were also so kind and helpful!

Pros: Quiet and spacious layout. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Located near train lines making it easy to get around

Pros: The location is excellent in a quiet neighbourhood. We had 2 adjoining family rooms which was great with two teenagers so that everyone had a bed. I would not recommend the rooms with couches and futons for tall teenage children, they would be uncomfortable and it would be very cramped with luggage. They would suit families with younger children though.

Pros: Staff were were lovely and super helpful. We loved all the special touches, including staff recommendations, NYs traditions and games for kids, comprehensive information on their webpage (guest & room services), pajamas. Location was also perfect for our family - easy to get to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tokyo station & Roppongi, but safe & outside the hustle of those areas

Cons: Can't think of anything we didn't like!
