Pros: This room is very beautiful and comfortable, quiet and equipped with everything you need for daily life.

Pros: Located in a residential area close to super markets and some smaller businesses, approximately 15 minutes walk to train station and main shopping precinct.

Cons: Instructions for hot water and air-conditioning need additional instructions in English. Some extra utensils for making meals

Thank you very much for the wonderful stay especially since it was our first time coming to Japan.

Pros: clean clean clean!!! thankful for the elevator access. building is VERY safe and neighbourhood is very welcoming. amenities and facilities are all complete including laundry detergent too. also there’s a patisserie that serves DELICIOUS FRUIT CAKES right downstairs and 2 LARGE grocery stores that are just 2-3min walk away!

Cons: a bit of a walk to Otsuka station (~15-20mins) but thats it! Otsuka station is very central and only a few stops away to the popular touristy stations such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ikebukuro & Harajuku!!!

Pros: - Clean & new facilities - All tools & facilities are functioning well - Safety, it has 3 security door - Clear instructions - Fast response from staff

Cons: A little far away from the main train station but it’s okay for us cause we can slowly walk to the station while looking around & feel the local environment~ Because the place is full of local people & local shop, thus it’s very interesting to explore.

Apartamento perfecto para una familia de 4 personas.

Pros: Éramos 4 personas y fue perfecto. El sofá cama para 2 niñas de 18 y 13 fue bien. Quizá para 2 adultos sea un poco pequeño. A 15 minutos de 3 estaciones de metro y con paradas de autobús al lado.

Cons: Que los electrodomésticos no tenían instrucciones.
