Pros: So convenient and easy. We always stay here when in Tokyo. Love the area too.

Cons: Rooms are TINY. But it’s Tokyo.

Pros: Good location and a nice public bath. It can get a little crowded at times, but overall the facilities are good.

Cons: There’s no humidifier in the room, and it gets very dry during winter, which was a bit uncomfortable. No daily housekeeping is fine, but it would be better if tissues and toilet paper were refilled. Overall I had a good stay.

Pros: Location - About 2-3 mins walk from Sugamo station. Room keeping is done every 3 days even if you did not request for make-up room. Just hang your used towels & yukata outside in a given plastic bag at the door & they will replace with clean ones. There are McDonald's, Burger King, 7-11, Family Mart & several food stalls nearby. I always book with APA group hotels during my visit in Japan. Some of their branches have indoor onsen & it is super value for money.

Pros: The location was perfect , very close to the Yamanote line, the staff was courteous, and the room was comfortable .

We had a great stay. Get a twin room even if you are a couple if you want more space.

Pros: Close proximity to the JR Sugamo station. Was about a 3 minute walk. Could turn off the heating as it was quite hot in there. The staff were really helpful stored our luggage.

Cons: I stayed in a double room and a twin room. There wasn’t a lot of room in the double room to put the suitcase however in the twin room there was a lot more space and beds were big and there was plenty of bench space to put your things. Stepping up and down into the bathroom and getting in and out of the bath could be problematic for people with any mobility issues.

Great quality for the price paid.

Pros: Great location to train station accomodation was very clean and well maintained.

Cons: Beds are fine but more pillows would be a bonus pillows I found firm and flat.

Pros: Staff very friendly, the manual hotspring is pretty good

Cons: Yutaka too small, the space from table to bed too small, hardly to seat on the chair and settle my legs. The breakfast not very good around its end time, no much kinds of food left.

Pros: It exceeded my expectation - bed and tv was bigger than i expected as i thought it was meant to be single bed. Loved my stay. Also they allowed my to leave my bags after check out and pick up later on same day.
