APA Hotel Tokyo Kiba

Excellent personnel

Pros: The personnel was very helpful and the neighbourhood very calm

Cons: You had to walk some time for getting the metro

Good offering.

Pros: Room was a good size and had a window to open for fresh air. Bathroom was okay - bigger than others we had on our trip. Breakfast was good.

Cons: The room was really very smoky when we arrived but it did dissipate during the stay. In retrospect we my have been better booking a hotel closer to a main centre as the Kiba area seemed quiet.

Pros: 5-8 mins away from metro (Tozai) near Tokyo Station, Disney is also a less than an hour travel and the area is neighborly. A lot of convenience store, grocery and even fruit stand nearby. The room is spacious as well

Cons: I wish there's a ramp leading to the main hotel door for easy access specially if you have big luggage

Decent stay.

Pros: Room was as advertised. The bed and toilet were bigger than other hotels at the same price point. There are a few convenience stores around.

Cons: Not sure if it was from the restaurant but the lobby had a very strong greasy smell and it was abit off-putting.

Pretty Good hotel for the price.

Pros: Pricing was good. Right next to a pizza place you can order food to the room. Room was small but larger than expected. (As a big and tall guy I only had minor challenges with the shower) No smoke was actually no smoke.

Cons: The room was clean, but the walls had markings on them. Room was overall showing signs of needing renovation. But for the price it was just fine.

Pros: the cleaning service and trust for the staff has left me a really positive image of the hotel, with the staff when they see me would kind of greet me when i come through the doors.

Cons: more washing machines and dryers as i found my self waiting for hours for others to finish

Pros: The restaurant making me founded the meaning of the breakfast. Leisure music , street seeing and simple food. I always order the 和食 for preparing my whole day. ( I was forgot to write the review before, so this time I write it down)

Cons: The laundry room don't have 2in1 laundry machine to save the time. When I was busy to do my stuff.. I don't have time to go to laundry room . I really hope that they can insert one 2 in 1 machine

Maravillosa

Pros: Como siempre, los hoteles de esta cadena son geniales, cómodos, tranquilos y con esa sensación de estar en casa. En particular este, parece algo más antiguo por la condición del edificio pero por el precio que ofrece es más que perfecto. Es el único APA Hotel en que me he alojado que la estación más cercana está a 10 minutos y no a 2-3. El día que marché me olvidé mi ebook pero el staff lo encontró y lo guardó, con lo que pude recuperarlo de forma rápida y sencilla.

落ち着いた懐かしい感じのホテル

Pros: スタッフさんの対応が柔らかく心地よい雰囲気でしたよ😊お月見🎑で季節感を感じ、 フロントのうさぎちゃんに癒されました🩵

Cons: 洗面所の配管が古い？？ですかね… (シャワー🚿スムーズでしたが) 手を洗いたい時、水がチョロチョロ ちょとひねりすぎると水滴💦飛んでしまって 調節難しかったです。
