Pros: I travelled for conference in toranomon hills this hotel was just walking distance Staff was very helpfull

Cons: Airconditioning its regulated base on outside temp and felt kind of warm in room I like my room not to warm when i sleep

Overall a good hotel for the price!

Pros: The property was clean and well kept. I found the bed quite reasonably comfortable, pillows were not comfortable but the quilt was nice and thick. Amenities provided in the room were also very nice. The staff were very lovely. There were many restaurants and bars around, and a 7/11 at the end of the street. I stayed 7 nights as a solo female traveler and I felt safe and I enjoyed my stay.

Cons: The toilet seat was not heated. Thin pillows.

Pros: Location is perfect. Just a 5 minutes by walk to the metro station. 10 minutes to Ginza. A lot of restaurants around but not noisy hotel place. Nice local breakfast. Very hospitality stuff.

Good value, comfortable hotel

Pros: Comfortable beds, good shower and very clean hotel. Nicely situated and easy to get to as well. No problems at all! Good value for money.

If I have the chance to go back to Japan, I will choose the same hotel, maybe with a bigger room

Pros: the location very strategic, the room comfort with heater, the bathroom also great with hot water, very helpful in the cold weather. The breakfast quite good in quality and quantity of the food. No worries about toiletries, every day refill with new stock. The TV channel also great, we can spend time watching news and video. Wifi Connection going smooth and fast

Cons: size of the room so small, very hard to enjoy the room if you had big suitcase. Especially when two person in the room. The staf need more training with english languange. There are no smoking area.
