Great stay

Pros: I loved the location, really close to the train station and close to shops. The room was really soundproof and the staff checked us in really quick, very efficient. The shower was amazing.

Cons: The pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable and the bed was hard.

Lovely quiet location, easy checkin and check out.

Pros: Location was a little far from the station with heavy luggage however the streets were easy to navigate and in a quiet area so it felt very safe. Some free amenities were available such as coffee, toothbrush and toothpaste, hair brush, and razors.

Cons: Sometimes the elevator was slow to come to the door but that would be nitpicking.

Great value for money and a comfortable nights sleep

Pros: Local to the station, and handy to have an area where we could heat up food or get a hot or cold drink

Cons: No laundry facility or nowhere to dry small amounts of clothes.

Pros: Clean rooms, quiet area, close to Akihabara train station ( one of the biggest and busiest in Tokyo).

Cons: Small rooms, expensive for the facilities.

Fantastic location. Great bathroom!

Pros: Great location!! Close to public transport and Akihabara itself but still in a quite quiet area. The room was quite modern and the bathroom fantastic and a good size!

Cons: As most of the hotels we have gone in Japan the room was a bit small. The mattress a bit hard

So so difficult to fault. Can only think of praises!

Pros: Honestly facilities are amazing, there is a mini cafe-like thing you can use until 11pm. Shower was great! Staff were friendly and helpful. They will clean your room (if you want) every 2 days. Location couldn't have been better.

Cons: Not the biggest room? But you're in central tokyo, so...
