Pros: Clean, larger room than usual APA. Everything was optimally equipped. Staff's service was excellent. Convinient location, everything is 15-20min by Keikyu line (Haneda airport, Downtown etc.)

Cons: Many APA includes breakfast free or reasonable price, but this APA's breakfast was a little more expensive.

One of the better places we stayed in Tokyo and really convenient for commuting wherever you want to go.

Pros: Clean, comfortable sized room with separate toilet. Large space in shower with bigger separate bath too. Really close to Keikyu-Kamata station and just a bit further walk to Kamata station. Plenty of great eating options nearby.

Cons: The breakfast was from a set menu with limited choices. But reasonably priced if you consider the alternatives are limited early in the morning.

Overall, a comfortable stay for a family of 5.

Pros: Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is close to convenience stores. Nice bathroom and heated toilet seats. Comfortable beds. Lots of socket.

Cons: It was pretty small for a group of 3. A little far from the Airport. The plastic slippers were smelly.
