Fantastic value

Pros: Excellent location (considering the city’s size) a short walk away from two stations, including the convenient yamanote line, within 15mn you’re at Shinjuku’s station. Room size was great for Japan’s standards, all basics covered, clean, 24hr supermarket in front of the hotel, shopping street close by, for that price there’s absolutely nothing to complain about, I stayed there on two occasions, staff were always helpful and nice, not always the case in Tokyo

Nice.

Pros: Really nice location. Breakfast was good. The garden outside was quite pretty to look at. The hotel was a short walk from the subway in a quiet neighborhood. We walked to Takananobaba in about 30 minutes to have our favourite ramen. The room was simple and adequate; great for a night's rest to enjoy your busy days.

Pros: fantastic location. 10mins or less of walking to 2 train stations and the are it's in is quite quiet and has a really beautiful charm to it. the breakfast is serviceable enough, croissants, cereal and drinks but the restaurant overlooks a very beautiful garden.

Cons: the carpet had some stains on it and in the hallways the walls and stuff definitely need some love. but the positives outweigh the negatives. the bathroom was definitely the smallest of any accomodations I stayed at in Japan. it was doable though

Good location and complimentary breakfast

Pros: Complimentary breakfast (not expected) was quite ok. Good location, ~10 minutes walking from a JY line that connects with Shinjuku, Shibuya and others.

Cons: It was our first days in Tokyo and our sleep was not the greatest, whenever we woke up during the night the sound of the waterfall was a bit noisy and it was sometimes difficult to get back to sleep.

A fantastic hotel

Pros: My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was perfect, the room was kept clean and tidy by a lovely and friendly cleaner. The room itself was amazing it had a fridge, bathroom, with the toilet in a separate room, a beautiful view of a goldfish pond and a sofa. We will definitely be returning here in the future!

Cons: The only downside is the location is a little ways out from Shinjuku City centre but it's fair enough for the price.

Perfect for work or holidays!

Pros: Staff is great! So helpful! Breakfast was ok! Bed was nice. Is a good quality/price place! And 5 min walk from two train stations or 10 from shinjuku! Amazing spot, quiet, beautiful city views and beautiful garden

Cons: Bathroom a bit small if you are tall! 🤣🤣 But you will survive!
