Wonderful Stay in Tokyo

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We truly felt comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Cons: nothing.

Pros: Good location, close to station and quiet street. Staff lovely.

Cons: Small room and bathroom. Beds were a bit hard and not too comfortable.

Overall a fabulous stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return again.

Pros: Fabulous location, close to everything you need. So quiet, away from hustle and bustle. Fabulous staff, so efficient & accommodating. Extremely clean premises. Daily room service was appreciated. A little bit small, but no problem if you are tidy & organised.

Overall a pleasant stay in a handy location at a reasonable price

Pros: Friendly staff, good location near the Yamanote line that makes moving around very easy. Free laundry facilities (for clothes washing) though there’s a small fee for the dryer which is fine. Comfortable beds. They happily received our luggage the day before our arrival which was very helpful. It’s only 1 stop from the maze that is Shinjuku and you can very easily get to Shibuya, Ebisu, Meguro, etc also.

Cons: Location is a little bit of a walk to the train stations but not too bad. There is a lot of noise coming through the walls from other guests and also the heavy construction next door to the property. If you’re out and about then no problem but there were guests stomping loudly on the floor above us at 1:30am which was not ideal. It’s a small hotel so when contacting them prior to arrival they may be busy and not be manning the reception desk. The bathroom was very small and cramped. After our first night, they didn’t clean the room like we asked by hanging out the make up room tag. Instead they just gave us a plastic bag with fresh towels left by the door. Thankfully they did clean the room after the second night. That was a bit disappointing because they said they would do it.

Excellent Experience in Tokyo

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Rosenheim. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and many restaurants nearby, yet it is quiet at night. We truly felt relaxed during our stay. We would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent and very convenient for transportation. It is close to the train stations, which made it easy to explore Tokyo. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Everything was well prepared, and we felt relaxed during our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Simple but great value

Pros: It was warm and the staff were very attentive. Also the laundry options were great.

Cons: A bit cramped for a family with a teenager who liked to shop!

Pros: Staff where super nice even gave us a gift when I left. Tried to help Everywhere they could!
