It was comfortable and clean.

Pros: The bathrooms and toilets were clean and in excellent order. The little kitchen was great to be able to access. Beds were comfortable and all that we needed.

Pros: Everything was really good. Good location. Friendly staff. Clean.

Cons: Room a little bit small but for the price is worth

Ideal for travellers wanting an authentic Japanese-style room

Pros: I really enjoyed the small traditional Japanese-style room with tatami flooring and a futon — it felt very cosy and authentic. The facilities were great as well, with a fridge in the room and a shared space that had seating, a hot and cold water dispenser, and a microwave, which made things super convenient.

Cons: The room layout felt a bit awkward — because of the small size, you walk straight into the bed, and it was difficult to move around with my suitcase, especially with the fridge positioned in the corner. Another important note is that the front counter doesn’t provide change for the washing machine or dryer, and the laundry facilities on-site are quite expensive, costing about double what a regular laundromat charges.

Nice little hotel

Pros: The communal room is very nice, the rooms adequate. I found it very thoughtful that there was a smoking possibility in the garden and that there were chairs. Amenities were fine and close to our room. We booked two extra nights for our last week here.

Good and comfortable

Pros: It was really nice hotel. I liked its cleanness and quality of facilities. Only except it is a bit narrow otherwise it is really good. I think for its price it very good choice.

Worth the price

Pros: The shared spaces are exceptionally clean, and spacious for an accommodation in Tokyo. Self check-out was available. Washing machine and dryer available for 500 yen per load on the top floor. Guests were respectful and quiet. You can see the Skytree from the road in front of the hotel.

Cons: The neighborhood, while safe and quiet, is one of Tokyo's less affluent areas. It is quiet dirty, as homeless people would occasionally rummage through the garbage collection area nearby. There's a public urination problem so you will likely smell traces of urine along the road and in the elevators in the station. You might have to walk past groups of old men hanging out by the road in the morning and evening, although no one bothered us during our stay.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful. The receptionist helped me find my phone when I lost it on the JR train.

Cons: The room was small but it was expected and enough space for two people

Peacefull and lovely but humid

Pros: The place is lovely, the staff is so nice, and even if it's not in the center of Tokyo, you can take bus and train to get where you want quite fast.

Cons: The room was a bit humid. (But there are huge windows to ventilate)

Pros: I recently stayed at this place, and I have to say it was quite a pleasant experience. The shared areas were clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference in my overall comfort. The bed in my room was super comfortable making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. Ideal location close to the station and plenty of convenience stores etc Staff were polite and friendly

Cons: Sometimes you can hear others but majority of the time people were not too loud when coming and going

Pros: Exceptionally clean. Neighborhood was safe and quite. You can hear people when they pass by in the hallway, but it wasn't a problem because fortunately the guests were respectful when I was there. There's only enough space for a cabin-size luggage and a backpack inside the room.
