Hotel SAILS

Pros: Clean and big. Very helpful staff. Close to subway, so it was easy to get around.

Cons: The beds were a bit hard, and the pillow was so bad I bought my own.

Pros: Nice large clean room for my family. Lovely helpful staff. Close to convenience store, station and Asakusa.

Cons: Pillows were a bit uncomfortable

Pros: The staff were very helpful and super friendly. Just one young man seemed inexperienced. We borrowed some extra hangers to dry clothes. ( I had inquired about laundry before booking the room.) He looked a bit stressed that we wanted to use these and was worried when we would return them. Almost implying we would take them and not return them!

Cons: While clean and modern the kitchen is very small ( No bench space). Not sure if the online photos show just how small. It's not really a kitchen for cooking. Mainly heating food as there's no oven or oven toaster. There was no drainer to place wet dishes and no tea towels to dry dishes.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean and comfy room, walking distance to 3 convenience stores

Cons: A bit far from the attractions and the train station is quite complicated

Excellent choice for families

Pros: Quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are spacious, and having a proper dining area where the family can sit and enjoy a meal together is really nice. The washing machine and clothes dryer are also a huge plus for us since we’ve been travelling for weeks.

Cons: Limited food options in the area. You’ll need to walk about 20–25 minutes to Asakusa for more choices

Pros: spacious for a japan housing. and elevator is accessible directly to the door. basic amenities are provided.

Cons: few hangers and space to hang and dry the clothings. coffee is provided only at a certain timing. house cleaning should be done at one go rather than splitting into two days. air refresher should be provided at the toilet room.

Pros: Great location - close to Minowa train station but quiet. Fantastic staff, exceptional value, and the apartment was just perfect! Love the complementary Japanese snacks left for us, and the gorgeous pyjamas. 5 star stay!

Nice simple apartment style stay in Minowa.

Cons: The location isn’t super close to the metro so guests need to be prepared to walk
