Pros: Le location is good, near by the station The room size was better than other business hotels in Tokyo Spacious and comfortable bed Free breakfast and free coffee in the lobby all day The staff helped us to book baggage transfer to the airport

Cons: Check out at 10 is a bit early. Usually other places allow Check out at 11 Only one and small elevator, it can easily get crowded.

Convenient budget hotel for light travelers

Pros: The location of the hotel was fantastic. It's a couple of minutes walk from the Otsuka JR station on the Yamanote line. There are shops right around the station. The small streets around the hotel have lots of restaurants that open late. The neighborhood was less touristy which we liked. The hotel looked fairly new and the room was clean. The room was well stocked. The staff were helpful and responded to our requests promptly. The breakfast was tasty; the selection was different over the 4 days we stayed.

Cons: The room was a typical small Japanese hotel room. The faucet was shared between the shower and sink, so one could not wash hands when the other person was in the shower. We didn't have much luggage so the space was sufficient. But it can be challenging for those with multiple large suitcases.

Good value and location

Pros: The room was clean, with good facilities. Really handy for the local train and it's a good line for getting all round Tokyo. It was great to have a laundry service option. Breakfast was basic but still very good and freshly prepared.

Good budget hotel

Pros: Wonderful hotel. Near the subway station with 7 eleven just outside the station Rooms reasonably sized by Japanese standards. Well equipped. Extra amenities and even Night clothes available in the lobby. Breakfast was good, mostly Japanese fare with croissants and buns Staff were very friendly and helpful.

An excellent place to stay.

Pros: I like the breakfast, the room is nice, clean and spacious. There’s fresh towels everyday, complete with amenities and you can do laundry too. So close to Otsuka Yamanote Line and so shops and restaurants.

Pros: Their housemade onigiri breakfast is nice. At first I don't have much expectation when get to know Toyoko Inn no longer serving buffet breakfast. But the onigiri served is fresh and nice.

Incredible, wonderful, fun, easy and friendly.

Pros: I was so surprised at the array of food provided for the free breakfast, the location couldn’t have been more perfect and all the staff were kind, helpful, and so polite. I don’t believe you could find better value anywhere else.

Cons: The mattress was just a bit hard for me, but wouldn’t stop me from returning.
