Great place to stay

Pros: The place is pretty typical for Tokyo accommodation — a bit compact 😊 but still comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the station with plenty of local shops and restaurants around. There’s also a coin laundry nearby, which is super convenient for family travellers.

Cons: Nothing in particular, but I do hope they consider refreshing the decor in the future — a more minimalist, modern style would make it even better.

was good. I would recommend this place to others. Especially if you want to drink in this area.

Pros: Room was nice. The shower was a bit weird location wise. It should be with the toilet. or within the vicinity of that room. Not on the other side of the room.

Cons: Shower location. We were on a high floor but I know if we were lower then the noise of outside would have been a problem.

Comfortable and convenient

Pros: Close to transport and local shops, proximity to major attractions. The accommodation was neat, clean and very comfortable with basic toiletries available.

Cons: Did not have Not enough space to keep luggage. Not enough storage or hanging for two people for the 4days that we spent in Tokyo. We used the 2nd bed to place our clothes on.

Pros: The hotel was very convenient to the metro station. There were lots of food options around the hotel. Loved that it was easy to find and directions were accurate. Beds were comfortable..even the tatami mats were great.

Pros: Great location. Right next to the loop line. Also very clean

Cons: I dislike self serve hotels. But that’s a preference.

物美價廉，優質住處

Pros: 距離大塚站很近，樓下就有全家很便利，附近的餐廳也很多，還有唐吉軻德可以逛喔！最棒的是房子乾淨整潔，洗澡的水量充足暖氣也很棒！

Pros: Me parece que está bien ubicado, las camas son súper cómodas

Cons: Le falta señalizar bien en donde está el Hotel y nunca limpiaron, y estuve una semana completa.

Perfect Location & Value for Money

Pros: The location is perfect. Not too quiet, not too busy. Otsuka (Yamanote) station is just a few meters away. There are many convenience stores, fast food, and small restaurants in the area.

Pros: La pieza bastante grande y estilo japonesa, fácilmente podían caber mas de 3 personas. La cama y el futón bastante cómodos

Cons: La ducha no estaba en un baño si no separada de esta que lo hacia bastante incomodo para la privacidad

Good value for the price.

Pros: It near Yamanote line so it’s just within walking distance from Ōtzuka station. Many convinis near by and local restaurants.

Cons: It’s very small, you can barely walk inside the bedroom but for the price and to only arrive to sleep at nights, it’s OK.
